I think these days "love at first sight" should be modified to "love at first type".

Believe me, I know what I'm talking about This happened with my first love, and the experience was mutual. I will never forget those few seconds our eyes met, and the moment felt like eternity, while drowning to each others eyes. It was something so unique that it simply can't happen twice to the same person in a lifetime.

I am not very young anymore, and during the years I have also become a lot more cynical than I used to be. The frog folk say it well: Cést la vie...

You were very fortunate to have felt this, Ajatar... as, for most people, things like that never happen.
    Nope not emotion, please no.
I had that with one girl, and well, that ended up screwing everything.

Another, i just felt enormous peace and tranquility with.
I guess that was more deep friendship at first glance.. too bad i havent seen her for soo long, 4 years atleast since last time..

Now another very intresting occurance, getting onboard the metro and dead tired sitting down. Lifting my eyes and seeing that girl on the other side. We stared into eachothers eyes and were smiling the whole 12 minutes silently. Then i got off, i guess i should have said something... damn gutless me..
Still one also of deep peaceful happiness and belonging.

Maybe all 3 count, maybe just 1. Who knows, but all 3 left their mark :animal-sm

Yep. "Women need men who need only themselves" as I read it put once. putting a girl on a pedestal is the quickest way to kill any feelings she may have had for you.

I believe love at first sight is very real, I knew the instant I saw my wife that she would be the one I would marry. The way she looked, it was as though I had seen her before, known her for so very long, instant familiarity.

I believe in love at first sight because I believe in reincarnation.

I wouldn't say that 'Love at first sight' is really a realistic feeling to expect from a mere sighting of a stranger. There can be lust, curiosity, admiration, and immense attraction...but love?..no...

Actually this word 'Love' is far too easily said & felt. It basically stems from a desire to please thyself and can be broken down to rather shallow endearment/s to a human, animal or object etc. There is no such thing as a complete 'Love' of anything or anybody.
