yep, definetly! its the combined fault of sid vicious, matt sergeant (sham69) and simon gallup (the cure) that i picked up a bass in the first place!
some of these bands are soo underrated, its unbelievable like Sham 69 - they were around for so long and still, nothing..
hahaha, I used to be a little punk rocker! Got out of that though. But I admit, there are some bands I still like. I haven't sold or given away my Exploited Punks not Dead CD...I just can't!

I really love The Misfits, Black Flag, The Descendants etc... as well as the more crossover stuff like Minor Threat. But really, to me, there is ONLY one real "punk" band, which is The Misfits. PARTICULARLY the 1976 pre-guitar era Misfits with keys taking its place. However, Legacy of Brutality, while never an offical full length release from them, is my favorite of the post-Misfits "best of" cds. And of course, who could forget the heaviest punk album of all time: Earth A.D.?
