    King Kong

Well, I dont liked it. First the actors are average, nothing special. Then the monkey itself wasnt creepy enough. He was way to flexible for a 20m animal. It was funny nonetheless how he was punching the T-Rex. It kind of reminded me of the japanese monster movies, when Godzilla is routinely performing Judo-moves against his opponents.

    Chronicles of Narnia

Better than King Kong. The first hour is pretty lame, though. But the war scenes at the end are worth waiting for it. Overall its more of a childrens movie. Afterall children are the main characters.

It was great. I recently saw Saw II. I thought it was a bit better. Can't wait for Hostel, premiered January sixth!

    The Longest Yard (2005)

If you've seen one underdog-team sport movie, you've seen this one. Main plot doesn't differ from any other; get a bunch of misfits together, get them working as a team against a superior foe and ultimately gain victory.

Luckily, Adam Sandler hardly even seems to be the main character, as he is out-shone as soon as Burt Reynolds is in the scene, and doesn't do his usual brainless retard act (see just about any of Sandler's movies to know what I mean). Burt played Sandler's role in the original version from 1974, a movie I guess I'll have to see one day for comparison.

End notes; if you're not very into WWE 'wrestling' or american football (quite a few appearances and cameos by these monsters), or a fan of Sandler's (god forbid) OR a fan of Nelly Fortudo's (yuck....), best to avoid this one.

Not a crappy flick, as it does have a few funny moments, but I rate it no higher than 'average'.
