I don't agree to what Spengler said, myself. Moreover he offered no further details after this mere comment. Probably he meant something which he didn't elaborate. That becomes a mystery. Huns and Parthians, both, to my knowledge of their history, had IE traditions, like the Yuechis, and the Tarim Basin people.

All Iranians cannot be termed IE Aryans again, however.
In India, only higher castes in the North Western Area are IE, genetically and physiomorphologically. But then we come to skin colour and hair colour and eye colour. And so on...

They are IE in as much as that they differ from the rest of the Subcontinentals in their stock.

Surprising it may sound to some people but I know Kashmiri Pandits, Kaul and etc, who have blue/gray eyes.

The Gilanis, Mazdaranis, Kurds and other northen Iranians are from the Parthians! And the theory only higher caste are real Arya is bullshit!
Why? So atomaticly all Iranians, Indiens are NOT Aryans.
    And now? What are Aryans?

PS: My grandpa is 190cm high, green eyes and light hairs! And i?
I now 180cm(i will be 197cm), dark eyes and dark hairs.

When talking of Indo-European people and asking of what race they have been, it always depends of which time one speeks and if one only means the original people or also later linguistically Indo-Europeanized people. The IE people/tribes in Asia often went into countries where there already was an indigenous population which was then Indo-Europeanized in language and (partly) culture by these original IE tribes.

Just thinking that all those who speak a IE language today (and would be so counted today to the Indo-Europeans) are descendants of the original Indo-European people is stupid. In that logic the Negroes in the Bronx are descendants of Anglo-saxon tribes, and the Negroes in Brazil were descendants of Latin-Italic tribes. LOL!

The term "Aryan" I would only use for the IE tribes in the Indo-Iranian area, but not for the IEs generally.
