    Yes, I think so.

To receding and narrow forehead and face if compared with fully typical individuals in my opinion. Rather Nordid-Dalofaelid. Do you have other pictures?

Unfortunately not. He came up in a search (because of his surname) I made about Cork, a city in the southern part of Ireland.

He is under contacts under the site of Southampton Running Club. That is the only picture that I can see of their treasurer.

I did think of Phalian too, but something about the square facial shape, very florid complexion, clear blue eyes and golden blondism made me think of Irish Brünn of Coon. But Phalians can have those traits too.

I can see something of John Sheahan in him.

Ronnie Drew is more typical, but I think that he also has a sloping forehead. Nose is thick in a typical fashion, but he also seem to have a depressed nasal tip. That could be due to old age.

    Stefan Effenberg. Typical Phalian forehead?

Not if its that extreme. I have to say that I group all Northern and North-Western Cromagnids together if its about Dalofaelids, Irish Bruenn look somewhat different, thats right, but the difference is not big enough - its rather a subtype or even better just a gautype, similar to the differences between Skandonordids/Teutonordids in Scandinavia and on the continent in Germany and the Netherlands.
I think Effenbergs forehead is quite extreme, very robust, receding, most Dalofaelids have a more steep forehead and less extreme than that though he is in the range.

I think he has a clear Brunn influence in his features, but he's not fully Brunn.

I'm one quarter County Cork Irish, and do recognize his type, which probably occurs in Brünn populations when Nordid admixture is folded over.

    The look is rather Anglomorphic.

It is also frequent here in the US.
