    Post International Franchises in Europe

Hy Most of you are probbably aware or even grown usewd to International Franchises being In europ such as Mc Donalds Burger King. Piza hut etc. I personaly think that they have no business in any European Country Because they are not part of what makes European Culture unique and genuian European Restaurants which are Culturally correct have to give way to those American fast food Franchises. Do you agree or disagree, your opinion would be apreciated

    Post AW: International franchises

A good coffee shop or resturant with a specific national cuisine is preferred any day of the week. At the same time locally based small business of this nature usually includes a sense of quality in the service that Internationalist based companies fail to offer, also not to mention having a competent and qualified chef in their mid 30's is high preferrable of a 15 year old pimple faced teen faced with the inexperience of life.

Are you saying that domestic fast food franchises should be allowed, but foreign ones should not? Or that no franchises should exist?

What i'm triing to say is that foreign fast food franchises Are a threat tho the countries original Culture obfiously other foreign Businesses can also pose a threat but franchises in paticular because they are like an infetctious virus that does not just show up at one indifidual place but in several locations in every city.
If the franchise was within its own countrie it would not bother me as much asuming that it is culturally corect and not triing to mimic the foreign ones. But still I find Non franchise original restaurants the best. Traditional restaurants all share the countries own culture and Tradition but at the same time they all have a different name and are unique. No franchise can ever duplicate thet and especually not foreign ones.

Thanks for your post I totally agree, and whats even worse is that the 15 year old pimple faced teen even after working there for a view years still has no experianze because at places like that you don't learn anithing no mater how long you work there. I know because I have had the unplesent misfortune thet I had it forced upon me to work at Pizza hutt and the only thing I learned in there was that everione else semed to brainwashed to even notice how stupit this is.

There is no doubt that fast food is lacking in nutritive value, promoting an epidemic of obesity, and doesn't generally accord with traditional foods eaten in most countries. That said, it exists for a reason; it is cheap and convenient. Office workers on a half-hour lunch break simply don't have the time (and possibly not the money) to spend one or two hours every day eating lunch at a more traditional restaurant.

In other words, the fast food places exist because there is a demand for them. Given this is the case, I don't see how it makes any difference whether the companies that operate them are foreign or domestic. Banning foreign fast food companies while allowing domestic ones is simply a form of protectionism, which will decrease competition and increase the prices that consumers have to pay in order to by the same type of product.

    Thanks for your post.
Yes Prices should not go up. I to find it harder every year to have any spare Money. But it is somewat like a vicious cicle because a lot of foreign Businesses Not just fast food ones and Comercialisation are to blame for rediculously low wages and salaries which means that in turn we are forced to buy the cheap products of those businesse which beriffed us in the first place. Society obfiously loves it but I don't think that they have given it much dought instead they yust go with the flow and call it progress. I personally find Degeneration a more apropriate word for it.
Comercialisation and meritocracy by wich one becomes comercually sucsessfull shure creates some great winners who reap teir own merit. But a simple phisical law still aplies here for everithing there must be an equal oposit somewhere. and for every winner there must be an equal and oposite looser. sadly those loosers are all of us exept for those few that made it to the top. and in a lot of cases it is an entire Country that looses for the benefit of another. Not to mention the Cultural degeneration that comes with it.
