"Take me down to the Paradise City where the grass isn't green :joint and the girls are pretty !"

You know them? It must have been about twenty years ago when I listened to this song.

    Twenty years!! — I'm old! :negro — I'm dying!

The song was out in 1987 to my knowledge, so I suppose you like them. It was from the Appetite for Destruction album, my favourite.

P.S. The grass is supposed to be green in Paradise City, lol.

I think you are lucky to have lived those times.

To be honest, I would have liked to live 180-200 years ago, when men were still gentlemen, women were still ladies, peasants were still peasants (instead of politicians), Germanics were still nobles, Slavs were still serfs, the "in" literature came from Goethe, and the "in" music from Beethoven .

When the world was still in order, and my daily task would have been to gallop over green meadows and to inspect the orderly progress within my manor (instead of sitting in front of this PC ).

I'm a relict, a dinosaur, a dead species; I don't fit into these times of popular art :dj and culture . —

There is nothing I could or would like to contribute to this insane, decaying world.

Guns N Roses were good only up to Appetite for Destruction. After that, they became far too commercialised and in my opinion sold out......
Let them hate as long as they fear.

I have all their CDs except The Spaghetti Incident and I can only say they are all great, and in fact that is all I am hearing currently, I am in a GNR phase, sometimes it hits me.

The new GNR will probably suck as it is only Axl Rose in it from the original members, I am more eager to hear Velvet Revolver.
