Dinaricized Mediterranean (based on the resemblance to classical Greek statuary)?
A little clue to pigmentaiton would help but can't ask too much from a B & W...
I don't know about Dinaricized as his occiput is actually rather projecting....as opposed to the classic flattening of a Dinaric type. He could be Med and I say this largely due to his nasal root coming right off the frontal bone with no nasion depression at all. Often people will say that skeletally speaking, anthropologists sometimes had a hard time discerning between Nordics and Meds. From what I've read and observed though, this is one way to determine between them (pigmentation aside).....that being that Nords show more nasion depression than Meds (maybe because they are more mixed with UPs and therefore a bit more rugged) whereas the nasal bone of Meds literally comes right off of the frontal bone...
He also looks to have a pretty deep jaw which is a Nordic trait whereas Meds tend to have more fine and delicate mandibles.
I'll say Med/Nord intermediate here
Yes I agree dalonord, maybe a Pontic(pigmented Corded type to some people)?. I found the pic on Stormfront Russia so he could be Russian, I'm not sure. If anyone knows fell free to correct me.![]()
His occiput is not flattened, nor is his nose convex, but his ears are angled out like the Dinaric ear. The 3/4 picture gives me the impression that there is a Dinaric trying to get out.
Also, is it so much a matter of the root of the nose coming right off the brow, or is it an illusion caused by the absence of brow ridges?

I see your point , Dinaric could be a brachycephalized Pontic.

I think it is more likely that Dinaric is an offshoot of Armenoid.I see your point , Dinaric could be a brachycephalized Pontic.
That guy looks to me like a Med with some lighter pigmentation from admixture. At first I thought Pontid but he seems too low-skulled.
I can detect no Dinaric in this man. He appears to be at least mesocephalic - possibly even longheaded. And his nose is not Dinaric at all. To my eyes, he looks like something of a Nordic-Mediterranean mixture. Unfortunately we don't have data on his hair and eye pigmentation.
