Her name is Cintia Dicker, she`s from Brazil, green eyed redhead and doesnt look very Keltic to me...

Dicker can be a German name, cos there re a lot of Brazilian models with German roots..

The eye coloring can depends on the lighting in the photostudio. From her backstage pics she seems to be green eyed.

I heard Cameron is of Cubinian roots partly, so why not.

I would say Keltic-Nordic, even if she is not from a culturally Celtic area. I see no negroid features in her, and there are plenty of mixed types where I live, so I can spot that sort of admixture fairly well.

I see what you mean but those lips imho indicate plastic surgery rather than negro admixture in this case. I am not good at classifying women but she has a pretty strong Keltic-Nordic appearance.

Its not so much the lips, at least not only, but the nose, eye and forehead region. Maybe she has some Negroid admixture.
I saw mixed people which had such extreme freckles, one is even a pred. Negroid model, but I dont know her name.

Anyway she is pred. Europid, probably Bruenn, but foreign admixture is possible.
