Question [SOLVED] Were the blond chinese mummies part of the aryan tribes?

    I think so....
    because

According to the Tarim Mummies article.

"They display large and deep-set eyes, wide mouths, thin lips, large noses and narrow faces, all of which tend to mark out a Europoid or Caucasoid physical type."

Just like indo-european speaking swedes right?

They seem to have been related to the Indo-Aryans. I found a site with their coins on it once and I was satisfied that they were indeed whites who were tall with long heads, and blond hair- nordics.

We know there were Indo-Europeans in that area: the Tocharians. From what I've read though, they had red hair and green eyes.
My knowledge on this is really limited because it comes from only a single book. Blond-haired people of a related type living in roughly the same area would certainly seem to be in the realm of possibility.

Question Founders of Chinese dynasties partly European ?

That is just a guess from one school of historians. In fact
from 1920's~30's many western historians also advocated this
theory (Han-Aryan origin). But from unearthed picture bricks/tiles
of Spring-Autumn/Warring States and Han Dynasty, the brightest
pinnacle of Chinese Civilization, people look exactly Mongoloid
yet with some unique features such as long face, pointed chin
and nose, thin lips, shorter distance between eyes compared to
    other East Asian groups.

Tocharians may have contributed signifigantly to China's development.

It's much more likely that China contributed the development of Tocharians.

There is a huge influence on Chinese civilization from Steppe peoples - including influence from Persian sources (Kushan empire and numerous others). Maybe 50% of Chinese dynasties were foreign "barbarian" dynasties. Indo-Iranian (Aryan) influence on these cultures is well-known.

Some Chinese dynasties were quite cosmopolitan - with people living in major Chinese cities from India, Persia, etc.

Bodhi Dharma, the legendary founder of Chinese Kung Fu, was an Indian monk - I believe from the Kshatriya cast.

There was a flow of cultural and other influences, but all in all, China was much older and more developed than Europe and Europeans for most of historical times.

Well - Indo-Iranians were not Europeans - although they contributed to European cultures.

China was well ahead of Europe technologically until the 18th century.
