    I have a terrible anger problem. I usually go and think of better times. The Germany that could have been and the glory that was to arise. Reading also calms me down.

    i have really bad anger problems and poor impulse control.
    if i can manage to take my meds before im too far gone, im fine but past that point i begin to drink, and try to hurt people and myself. which has led me to plenty of nice wonderful stay in the mental ward

    (My first post!) I am a naturally calm person. My stresses generally derive from painful - which includes any - exchanges with muds or white traitors.

    Even the most 'amiable' encounter with such a creature sucks my Aryan spirit of its strength reserves. Their eyes are like blackholes to my light. I avoid them at all costs. What seems like introversion or being antisocial, is just a retreat from the omnipresent untermensch. :boiling

    My stress cure, however, is to think about it all the more intensely. To visualise the day of eventual Aryan victory, to feel it. I like to mentally index the cruelties that would be inflicted upon white traitors . . . alcohol also helps.

    I usually excerise or I write down poems every time I get trapped inside a suicidal period in order to help me cope with the bipolar depression problem that I have. Eventhough, I haven't been diagnosed yet, I have almost all the symptoms. ing

    There was a time when I would go for a walk, when I lived in a safe neighborhood. I don't feel that safe where I live now, so I stay home. I'll go on the internet instead and read the news, my email messages, and forums.

    I suffer from social anxiety disorder. An invigorating workout, or some other form of strenuous activity followed by a hot shower helps relax me.
