Post Are Cats Superior to Dogs?

are cats superior to dogs, and should dogs, as inferior, be allowed to breed?

i think cats are superior, since they are quieter, more independent, and are much cuter that dogs.

    what do you think?

I would have to say cats.

They don't need to be taken care of constantly, washed, or (worst case scenario) even fed . Fully independant, and I like that.

They aren't fully domesticated yet, and that works to their advantage.

Having said that, my cat was better trained than most dogs. He knew how to sit, give a paw, and always came on command. He guarded the house, and I swear, I think I even heard him bark a few times.

I am going to say yes because I adore cats . But different animals suit different personalities.

The physical abilities and attributes that felines possess is quite impressive and unique.

Right now, I prefer cats because I grew up with dogs and see cats as something different than I what I am used to.

    Ι vote for no.
Cats and dogs are different species, so there is no comparisson between them.
I love both, I keep both species as well. according my observation both species are combattible between and only human encourages the gap between them because of his own feeling of insecurity.

Normally, the two species breeding in freedom have no differences between them.

    Kindest Regards!

Are you sure you weren't raising a dog? Too much alcohol can cause hallucinations.

Regarding the question, I don't consider them superior, nor inferior, for that matter. I just love animals.

I had him from the second he was born until the second he died. I'm sure he was a cat.

Actually my dog raised him as her own until he was able to fend for himself. I imagine his dog-like traits were caused by this. He even sucked on her nipples to get milk, and she allowed him to, even though she was spayed!

You should have seen how they interacted together, it was priceless. Unfortunately, Neither one is with us anymore.
