Keltic is a term for a mix itself, not a race per se. Besides, I cannot see Nordic or Dinaric in him.
He look predominantly Mediterranean, and probably of the Insular type. He look Saharid in some pictures, which is in the same group as the Pontics, who are related to the Atlanto-Mediterraneans, if it's not a synonym. He got some kind of Cro-Magnon UP element which I cannot specify. He look protomorphic.

How do you define "Keltic"? Is it because he is from Oviedo? Do you use it as a geographical/ethnical (whatever it could be defined as)/linguistic term?
