I'd say Da Vinci looks Noric; Michelangelo looks Dinaric. The others are too blurry/vague for me to classify...

Columbus: Med/Nordic cross...maybe some Alpine. It's not a photograph, so who knows?

Da Vinci: No doubt tainted by Nordisches answer, I'll also say Noric, mainly because of the nose.

Michelangelo: Also Noric, or less distinct Keltic Nordic (taken in its broader sense of nordic + some dinaric and/or alpine and/or med).

Dante Alighieri: Dinaric or Noric.

Donatello: Falish.

Sorry to disapoint you but your classification about Leonardo is based on a fake "portrait" as almost all portraits of Leonardo are.
There is currently no reliable portrait of Leonardo de Vinci and even the so-called "self-portrait" of Turin (the famous sanguine) is considered as doubtfull: it was drawn by Leonardo but what experts doubt now is that he is represented in it. In spite of the latest "discoveries" announced (the "self portrait" of Bassilicatta" that proved to be fake or the draft in the Birds' flight codex which is still dubious) the most liable portrait up to today is the less known: the portait attached. It hangs at the Uffizzi Gallery of Florence. Allthough it was painted by 1566-1568 (almost half century after Leonardo's death) it is known to be the copy of an original one belonging to the Giovian collection: this is a collection of portraits ordered by Paolo Giovio, bishop of Nocera and who was a personnal friend of leonardo as all historical sources point. So the portrait was made by a painter who knew Leonardo as well or following indicationsand data on Leonardo's apparence provided by Paolo Giovio as well. In this portrait he looks plain dinaric: any "noric" influence would be far-fetched.
