Yeah. What's with this people-choosing-their-own-partners New Age crap, too? I think it goes against tradition for people to be able to meet others and decide for themselves who they should marry. If the marriage is really in your best interests, the PARENTS will arrange it for you! Parents know what is best at all times! Anything else would be.... non-traditional!!! Don't you miss the days of 15 year-olds being awarded to lecherous 50 year-old kings to secure alliances and gain territorial assets?

So where's my 50-year-old, preferably terminally ill queen? I am asking for an arrangement! I need my sugar mommy now.

Women are so inconsistant (in our eyes) that a man sometimes cannot tell the real meaning of what she is saying. When I was single, I just gave up relying on what a woman said. I just went with the body language. After a while, I got good at this. The rule is, if she IS interested--go for it, if she is not interested, there will be no body language so just forgetaboutit.

    If interested:

Of course, there is the "look", across the bar, market, parking lot--usually long distance but it is always the same and unmistakable but hard to define. This is rare and happens once in a blue moon.

Figets with her hair, clothes, etc. in your presence.

Babbles something stupid or makes unnecessary excuses.

Laughs or smiles at anything you say.

Asks you questions tying to make conversation.

If they don't do one of the above, go on to the next one.

I assume you're making a point by being a bit facetious! In any case, I would prefer that to how things currently are. At least guys were chivalrous and curteous back then, and women could not stray, because there was a distinct social order. Now, things are so chaotic and hedonistic that there is no clear view of right and wrong anymore. It can be confusing, every man for himself, and every idiot doing his own thing. On the other hand, I'm not quite sure I'd want to marry at fifteen, because I'm not sure I would be mature enough to make a good wife. I would have been more innocent and less cynical, though, and it's important to have some sort of order when you're a rebellious teen.

In any case, what the holy living junk is this nonsense regarding GIRLS asking GUYS? Heck no, I'd really rather die an old maid! This idiotic idea came about in the sixties, when the rest of the civilization (which wasn't much much to speak of to begin with, due to society's steady decline for centuries) went downhill too. I'm sorry, but asking a guy is NOT a good idea....

    So there!

Don't thank me - you'll get billed for these matchmaking services.
"slavic" languages are absolutely arteficial (Read "slawenlegende"). The "glagolica", invented by a bunch of monks, is nothing but an ancient esperanto, creating new words, definitions and alphabet out of regional slangs.

The craddle of European Civilization comes from the North. All blond people originate from the north. So if you see a blond-blue eyed Slovene, Russian, Czech, Polak ect., you can be 100% sure that his ancient ancestors originated from "Germanics" (Germanic = Nordic).
"slovenja" was the settelment of the Langobards = Germanics/Teutons. "Poland" of the Goths and East-Vandals ect. ect. What do "slavs" tell us about their origin?
Some silly story that they originate from some swamps in the east and popped out of no where into history.

So you see my dear "Gorostan" [=Triglav], you are in reality a "Germanic" indoctrinated with panslav propaganda and historic fantasy stories. ~Dr. Brandt, former TNP and Skadi member

Matchmaking, BLAH: don't be silly! I've decided to dedicate my life to a path of asceticism and abstinence! However, I should not get off-topic....

That makes you a Catholic. Your quest for sense and purpose has ended. Rejoice!
