SSW, this being your first post and you've indicated being English in South Wales, can you cite any recent known Celtic within your family tree? When I did my Ancestry DNA test, that was when 'England, Wales and Northwestern Europe' were grouped together on one hand, 'Scotland and Ireland' on another, whereas Denmark had no real presence and that was just Sweden having a distinct population. To recombine yours as mine was released to me, this is how it would have looked for you...

England, Wales and Northwestern Europe: 64%
    Scotland and Ireland: 27%
    Sweden: 5%
    Norway: 4%

    Mine is, from memory...

England, Wales and Northwestern Europe: 68%
    Scotland and Ireland: 28%
    Norway: 4%

I'm guessing that if I had kept my account and file online, they would update it to take out Sweden and Denmark from the above, along with the other subdivided categories, just as you have there. It may be that we could have much in common with our autosomal DNA, since we've both English ancestry and similar results.

    Welcome to the forum, SaxonSynthWave!

If you are ethnically English, you are already Germanic per se.
Based on your Wales and Ireland results, I guess you might have a Welsh and an Irish great-grandparent?
