I hadn't heard of this story until viewing this thread. One presumably trained, rebellious armed man has the regime in an uproar. I hope it ends at least with him inspiring the Flemish and other Euro peoples to greater resistance against globalist traitor regimes that rule them.

Jürgen Conings case: More people receiving extra police protection

As the search for the missing career soldier Jürgen Conings continues, other people, alongside virologist Marc Van Ranst, are currently receiving extra police protection.

The investigation into the ex-soldier, who has been sought by police for over two weeks, found that several other people could be targets of the fugitive, based on his farewell letters.

The level of police protection can vary, as not all people will be placed in safe houses. This could be limited to extra patrols in the surroundings of a house, according to reports from VRT NWS and Het Nieuwsblad.

Van Ranst – the man behind many of the calls related to Belgium’s coronavirus lockdown measures – and his family were put in a safe house under police protection after Conings’ disappearance as investigations showed that Conings had been hanging around his house in Willebroek for a few hours on the evening of his disappearance.

Extra police protection could also be implemented for several mosques in the province of Limburg, which decided to close their doors after Conings went missing, as a precaution while the heavily armed military man remained at large.

The federal public prosecutor’s office has said that, for the time being, they are still assuming that Conings is alive because there are no indications to the contrary.

This was echoed by Interior Minister Annelies Verlinden, who said on Sunday she had no indication that Conings had died.

She said on VRT’s De Zevende Dag that the threat posed by the ex-military man who served during several foreign missions, including in Afghanistan and Iraq, had not completely disappeared.

A new search limited to the Hoge Kempen National Park, where authorities initially thought Conings was hiding after he first stole heavy weapons from a military barracks and disappeared on Tuesday 18 May, yielded no results, the federal public prosecutor’s office announced on Sunday.

And now Tom Van Grieken, the chairman of Vlaams Belang (Flemish nationalist party), made his most ethnonationalist statement so far during a podcast: "Europe should be predominantly white like Africa should be predominantly black. People protect their own traditions all over the world, but over here I have to justify myself." The media are losing their shit, naturally, saying he crossed a line this time - undoubtedly hoping the electorate feels the same way as they do, but I don't think Vlaams Belang voters will mind at all. In the current atmosphere the entire circus surrounding the statement is adding fuel to the fire at any rate.

The soldier is still missing, no new trace was found. Either he's in a safe house, in some hole in the ground in the woods, dead after committing suicide or he left the country, I would think. Everything is still possible. We don't know how well he prepared this.

The politicians and virologists are scared of course, not so much common people, not unless they're leftists, because it's they, the elites, who are (supposedly, according to a letter they found) the missing soldier's target. It bothers them a lot the population doesn't care as much for their wellbeing as they do themselves and they say they can't understand why, lol.

Probably the funniest thing would if he vanished without a trace whatsoever, turning him into some sort of phantom. That could be invoked over and over again.

Army and police gather at Genk stadium for new search in Jürgen Conings case

After a quiet past few days, military and police forces are organising a new search for the fugitive soldier Jürgen Conings on Wednesday, this time meeting at a stadium in Genk, a town near Hasselt in the province of Limburg.

The manhunt for Jürgen Conings has been underway in Belgium since 17 May, when Conings allegedly stole an arsenal of deadly weapons from a military barracks and went on the lam, leaving behind a note that said he “planned to join the resistance and may not survive.”

The search has involved police and military forces from multiple countries, but today’s smaller action is of note because it is the first time forces are gathering so far from Maasmechelen and the Hoge Kempen National Park, where previous efforts have been concentrated.

Dozens of soldiers and special unit forces arrived at the stadium in Genk on Wednesday morning, according to De Standaard, with over 25 army vehicles and federal police officers.

Belga News Agency reported that several vehicles left around 8:30 AM “presumably in the direction of As and Zutendaa,” east of Hasselt, towards the wooded area bordering the Hoge Kempen National Park.

Conings left a vehicle near that park when he first disappeared, from which four rocket launchers were recovered, according to De Morgen.

The Dutch-language newspaper also reported that police are increasingly beginning to suspect suicide. Last week, the Missing Persons Unit was called in, which is usually done in the event that police are looking for a body rather than a living person.

Hopefully no suicide, but let them give it as a "finding of their investigation" - With him then appearing again, mocking them even more.

Seems there is also facebook groups in his support:

Body of Jürgen Conings found in the woodlands of Dilserbos, five weeks after he vanished

The body of the missing soldier and terror suspect Jürgen Conings has been found in the woodlands of Dilserbos in Limburg. This happened by coincidence, by passers-by. The news has been confirmed by the judicial authorities. According to the first reports, the 46-year-old committed suicide.

It was Maaseik mayor Johan Tollenaere, who was making a mountainbike trip this morning, who was responsible for the breakthrough in the case. together with a hunter. "I was cycling in the woodlands when there was suddenly a strong smell of a decomposing body. I contacted the police, they found the body and told me it was Jürgen Conings," the mayor said. At the same time, a hunter had also come across the body, also because of a strong smell.

The discovery was made just outside the area where a massive search was staged several weeks ago. The judicial authorities came to the site and confirmed the identity. The place where the body has eventually been found, is close to where Jürgen Conings left his car behind a few weeks ago, when he had just gone missing. According to the first reports, Conings committed suicide. He was the father of two childern.

    Conings vanished one month ago

Conings had a successful army career including military operations abroad before he vanished on 17 May after taking a whole lot of heavy arms from the army barracks in Leopoldsburg. In two goodbye letters, he had expressed threats against politicians, virologists and the army.

In the army, he had been given another (lower) function after it emerged he had sympathies for right extremist groups, and after he had threatened virologist Marc Van Ranst on Twitter.

Apart from links with right extremists, he was on a list of potentially dangerous extremists compiled by OCAD, the body that analyses the terror threat in Belgium. Despite all this, he still had access to the arms depot of the army barracks. The judicial authorities opened an investigation against him and an international search warrant was issued by Interpol.

Several massive searches were staged to find the man, mostly in the area where his abandoned had been found, near Dilserbos. In the car, several heavy guns were found. But the search operations proved fruitless. Now, the search can be ended after the discovery of the body.

Belgium's renowned virologist Marc Van Ranst had to hide in a safehouse with his family after Conings had gone missing. He says he is relieved now, especially for his son. But he underlines that the discovery is a drama for Conings' family in the first place, sending them his condolences.

The discovery of J.C.'s body is huge news over here - with over the top constant live coverage of the matter. The media are already complaining about an explosion of conspiracy theories regarding the death of J.C too, I didn't investigate them yet, but some people say he'd never kill himself, for instance, and there's the fact that his body was found in a location which was searched before. The authorities say it was because J.C.'s body fell just outside the"range limit" of the smelling ability of the search dogs. One conspiracy theory revolves around Het Laatste Nieuws, a Flemish paper, which published a news item online yesterday (pic of screenshot below) that said J.C. had been arrested, but it was only briefly online before it was taken down.

This man (pic below) said he went out for a walk with his dogs this morning at the spot J.C. was found and smelled nothing.

Earlier today the mayor of the town noticed a smell while riding his bicycle and immediately thought it was J.C.'s decaying corps he smelled, then asked a hunter (pictured below) to go check it out.

The man gave an interview on television and said he didn't want J.C. to be found this way - J.C.'s aunt came by during the interview and grabbed his arm and asked him "if he was sure it was J.C. and he confirmed this", it made for pretty dramatic television.

Hunderds of J.C. supporters emerged on the streets near the place where J.C.'s body was found and they lit some candles and placed them next to a Flemish flag - extremely based - keep in mind we are talking about a national socialist who carries a grudge against "the Flemish Fauci". And these supporters are mostly common people, locals no doubt, not the usual suspects. One of the mourners present flat out told state TV that J.C. was not a terrorist and that's all there was to be said - this random guy was absolutely brilliant because he didn't seek excuses or back pedal and certainly didn't cower in the presence of cameras.

The guy on the right is flipping the bird at the journalist who is taking pictures (pic below).

"Jürgen Conings, war hero - betrayed by the Belgian regime - honored by the Flemish people - rest in peace."

This is what the rise of the far right in Flanders currently looks like!

Get the drift, but one needs to peel of the framing. They frame ordinary patriotic, socially conservative people that favour folk, family and fatherland as "far right" with an undertone of "extremism".... Meanwhile this is actually normalcy of tribe and nation. In better times those used to be the consensus throughout the whole political spectrum.

Most of these local mourners aren't far right - but Conings is genuinely far right and he received plenty of moral support from far right groups across the country.

Conings left a letter, it's surprisingly well written - it's in Dutch though, there's little point in posting it. And Facebook bans his obituary every time it's posted - they even banned his wife's sister for 30 days for re-posting it, so now her sister is doing all the re-posting. Curious what the funeral will be like and how many people will show up.
