    Soylent Green (soyboys)

Are 'soy boys' an actual phenomenon? Do you believe that soy is detrimental to your health? What about the burgeoning Oriental population feeding on it?

It's more and more difficult to avoid soy, with vegan fanatics infesting marketing ideas to the point where this ingredient is in almost everything. The phrase: 'soy protein isolate' is non sequitur. I personally prefer rapeseed, sunflower, peanut and olive oils.

Yes and yes. Every plant has a natural "defense mechanism" against being eaten, soy tries to hurt its consumer by making him infertile. East Asians partly have such low testosterone because of their diet, which includes lots of soy and is severely lacking in meat (there was no meat in Japan prior to the westernization, as an example) ...

If one wants to maintain a healthy diet for optimal testosterone, one should avoid soy, plastic bottles and unfiltered tap water, and eat some good old meat. One also needs to cut down on artificial sugar and fat.

You are doing yourself a favour with the olive oil, it is healthy, and it raises testosterone.

Yes there is such a thing as soy boys. I have met them. I am pick about what I eat and avoid soy anything like the plague.
High fructose corn syrup is something to try and avoid. I put myself on a high fat high protein keto style meat based diet and have lost something like 20 pounds.
