President Trump has the burden to find the evidence for election fraud. I'm not sure if he can find enough "illegal votes" before Jan. 20th. He also has to check for multiple voters, software "glitches," and incorrect signatures. I'm positive they'll find some wrongful votes, but the numbers will have to be fairly high in some States to flip the results. Also, they had a decline in white male voters too, which did not help. Overall, it is hard to believe that President Trump lost like 5 States suddenly to Biden at the end of tallying votes. You think the Democrats would be smarter to "rig the election" more believable, lol. Between the anti-Trumpism and negative press, this was why conservative voters believe the election results may have been manipulated, but evidence has to be there. Trump may have really lost the election for these reasons: the press damned him from the beginning, he did not crack down on the riots, there was an increase in minority population, there was Covid and shut-downs, and he did not add much to the preexisting wall. Hungary did a better job using prisoners and military personnel BECAUSE our open-borders US government never wanted a wall!

Actually for an election to be valid, the Material used to determine that a party/candidate was indeed elected must be shown to be reliable and authentic.

But in real life those matters will be handled differently, some commission will decide that it's reasonably authentic and that XYZ is now the President. The burden of prove is then shifted towards those challenging the authenticity. Since rigging can come in on so many levels, this is rather easy. There must of course be a hostile climate among those counting towards the real winner. That makes it also more difficult to prove that rigging, manipulation occurred.

If election procedures and counting equipment CAN BE manipulated than it's sufficient to dismiss elections results. So that's what has to be proven first. Of course they'll try to play this down as well. And hence it will be a hick-hack game for a while. Mind you that judges can make relatively arbitrary decisions on this.... And they won't be neutral neither. Even if they got more sympathy for your side or can clearly see that fraud or lack of integrity of process is actually proven... they may still be concerned about their future (and by extension the safety of their families). So it's an open gamble to challenge the election results.

I think it got merits to prepare for the "loose" scenario here, so one can focus on opposing the Biden/Harris administration. This will be especially advantageous, if the election was apparently fraudulent, while a Biden-win is still granted. With that lack of legitimacy their will be more resistance. Leftists will be more aggressive as well and they will appear more pushy to people, which may actually be pushed the other way round.

Also the SHTV sooner or later and that better happens under a DEM administration anyway, leftists will still blame shift, but this will be more difficult, if one of their own was/is in the White house.

From these graphs we can deduce that something like 10% of Republicans and independents doubt the election was on the up-and-up but want Trump to concede anyway. “For the good of the country”, it is common to hear these Washington Generals say.

This national split exists despite a full court press from all the approved sources of information and entertainment to treat the election results as final and Trump’s refusal to concede as dangerously dictatorial. Half the country is impervious to the mendacity–and the veracity–of the corporate media. It is incorrect to say the media has no influence. That suggests indifference. Instead, the media’s influence is negative. If the media reports it, half the country assumes the opposite to be true.

It’s really something to see the people who spent the last four years denying the integrity of the 2016 election decrying the other half of the country for refusing to accept the integrity of this one. Reaping what is sown, chickens coming home to roost, taking something and then paying for it–the aphorisms are unending. The US as it is currently constituted, however, is not unending.
