Democrats worried Arizona audit may uncover fraud

In any sane world, this would lead to audits in every other state immediately. (Not that it wouldn’t be fought tooth and nail by DC and Democrat politicians).
But this is a huge deal with monumental consequences. So expect some false flag attack any day now to make everyone immediately forget about it.

Democrats worried Arizona audit may uncover fraud

President Biden’s Department of Justice has “concerns” about the integrity of the Republican-led election audit in Arizona, it told the president of Arizona’s state Senate.

The DOJ’s concerns stem from Arizona state Republicans using the outside firm Cyber Ninja to conduct the audit.

“Federal law creates a duty to safeguard and preserve federal election records,” Pamela S. Karlan, principal deputy assistant attorney general with the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, wrote to state Sen. Karen Fann.

The department is concerned that this is not happening in Maricopa County, where the records “are no longer under the ultimate control of elections officials, are not being adequately safeguarded by contractors, and are at risk of damage or loss.”

Ms. Karlan is also concerned with Cyber Ninja‘s tactics. The firm has pledged to “identify voter registrations that did not make sense, and then knock on doors to confirm if valid voters actually lived at the stated address.” Ms. Karlan said this “raises concerns regarding potential intimidation of voters,” which is prohibited by federal statutes.

All of this “concern” is absolute garbage. The real concern from Biden’s DOJ is not with Cyber Ninja, but with the voting tabulations and errors it may find in Arizona’s audit. Best to raise suspicions about the firm’s credibility midway through the recount, just in case the results are not in Mr. Biden’s favor.

Mr. Biden won Arizona by capturing the state’s most populous county, Maricopa, by 45,000 votes. Former President Donald J. Trump narrowly lost the battleground state by 10,000 votes.

The former president has voiced concerns about potential fraud in Maricopa County. Arizona’s audit will hand-count 2.1 million ballots to make sure they’re valid and check for any voter machine and software irregularities.

Since Arizona has already certified its election results, the aim of the audit isn’t to challenge Mr. Biden’s presidency, but to restore people’s trust and confidence in the electoral process.

“When you’ve got half of the people who do not trust the electoral system anymore, rightly or wrongly, and they have questions, who is responsible for answering these questions?” Ms. Fann said Tuesday on KTAR News in Arizona, amid Democratic challenges. “This has been the sole thing, to get answers, so that if we have any problems, we can fix them.”

    Yet Democrats are running scared.

The DOJ’s letter came about a week after Democratic voting groups demanded federal intervention. Last month, the head of the Arizona Democratic Party, state Rep. Raquel Terán, said that Cyber Ninjas was engaged in a “sham audit” intended to justify new voting restrictions.

Democrats are doing their best to label Arizona’s audit exactly that — a sham — instead of cheering it on as a way to restore confidence the voting system works.

Just Wednesday, Arizona Democrats settled with the GOP after failing to stop the audit in court. In the settlement, Arizona Republicans and Cyber Ninja agreed to allow independent election experts to observe the audit, take measures to secure personal voter information, turn over details about their auditing process and make the documents public. If Arizona Republicans or Cyber Ninja fails to comply, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who is a Democrat, can sue both for breach of contract.

Seems pretty transparent and fair. Yet Democrats continue to be worried and concerned. Perhaps it’s because they know what they did, and are worried they’ll be caught.

The audit, which began last month, continues.

I don’t even like Trump, but he likely won by a landslide. And this isn’t even just about Trump. This is dozens of Senate and House seats too.

I see it from a perspective far away - enhanced of course via the internet.

But to me it looks like Trump is over his shelf life, so the best he could do is leave things with a foundation // media organisation....

As said in a past - What the US, but any other Western Nation is missing are pro-White, pro-Occidental think tanks and grass roots organisations attached to it.

The US Election and the liberal media hoax

The US Election and the liberal Media Hoax

The liberal media endlessly repeats the line “Trump’s false claims about the election”. They don’t just report what Trump says – which would be journalism. They prefix everything with the editorial gloss – the instruction what to believe – that the claims are “false”. The media, and this seems to be a particular feature of liberal us journalists, are, perhaps without knowing it, writing news reports that could come straight out of the page of a newspaper in a completely controlled state like North Korea. In such an environment the people are not given facts and left to make up their own minds. They are simply told what to believe. This is one aspect of what we can call totalitarian liberalism. (another aspect is the refusal to accept that there can be a plurality of views on many subjects from “gender identity” to questions of the correct political path for a country to follow). Usually when the liberal media endlessly repeats something (e.g. “russian aggression”) you know that it is a narrative with little or no basis in analysis. So, I thought that the claims about Trump might be worth checking out.

I don’t have the time to go into the subject in depth but even a very cursory glance exposes this liberal media hoax. There are absolutely valid grounds for people to doubt or contest the results of the last us presidential election. Firstly; this election saw a significant increase in postal voting. [1] and postal voting favours democrats; democrats are more in favour of it than republicans. [1] Secondly (and for me this is amazing) the company which ran a lot of the electronic voting systems, dominion voting systems, is a private company which, in the bland words of these liberal (freedom loving) journalists “does not disclose its financials”. Refutations of claims that it is owned by a non-us citizen and/or by people with connections to the democrat party are met in at least one media outlet with a reference to a letter written by the ceo of the company to a congressional committee in which he apparently states that “he owns a 12% stake of the company, while 75.2% is owned by staple street capital and no other investors own more than a 5% stake”. [2] in this report at least details about the other investors who each own no more than 5% are not given; it would appear that in the letter being reported on the ceo did not see fit to supply them. And apparently “dominion did not respond to requests for comment on these claims. It’s privately held and does not disclose its financials.” [2] the liberal media also relies on statements from dominion voting systems to refute the allegations. For example this story by ap says: “in a fact-checking page on its website, dominion says that it is not affiliated with or owned by any political figures or political parties”. We have come a long way from journalism when ap (a major outlet) simply refutes allegations against a corporation by referring to a “fact-checking” page on the corporation’s own website.

Neither of the points in the preceding paragraph confirm that the election was rigged or “stolen” in any way. But if we bear them in mind it is equally clear that there is a basis for at least raising questions. There are completely valid questions to be asked. (for example; did the pivot to postal voting help the democrats? Was this a result simply of the pandemic or did liberally minded state officials promote it knowing that it would aid the democrats? Is the ownership of dominion voting systems fully transparent – to the public and not just to state officials? [3]) at any event, it is absolutely clear that claims that the election are rigged are not “false” or a “conspiracy”. For me; the key point to notice here is the wall-to-wall whitewash by the liberal media. Rather than present both viewpoints to their readers they work overtime to shut down the claims from one side. This is indeed a kind of totalitarian operation.

Almost 15 million 2020 mail-in ballots unaccounted for

Almost 15 million mail-in votes have “gone unaccounted for,” according to a new report by the Indiana-based election integrity group “Public Interest Legal Foundation” (PILF).
(Article by Kevin Downey Jr. republished from
    PJMedia.com)

“In the face of a pandemic, states from across the nation hastily pushed traditionally in person voters to mail ballots while, at the same time, trying to learn how to even administer such a scenario” the report stated.

PILF describes itself as “the nation’s only public interest law firm dedicated wholly to election integrity,” existing “to assist states and others to aid the cause of election integrity and fight against lawlessness in American elections.” Former Justice Department civil rights attorney and current PJ Media contributor J. Christian Adams, the president of PILF, said the results don’t bode well for mail-in voting. “These figures detail how the 2020 push to mail voting needs to be a one-year experiment,” Adams said in a statement.

Bills in Congress, including H.R. 1, the supposed For The People Act, “risk inflating these numbers even further, pushing our election system toward error, disenfranchisement, and ultimately widespread doubt about election outcomes,” Adams continued. “Some of the counties with the least experience in administering mail voting rejected the most ballots nationwide. If continued, 2020-style chaos will become the norm.”

Federal data compilations show that the status of 14.7 million ballots was deemed “unknown” by election officials during the 2020 election, and almost 43.1 million ballots combined from elections in 2012 and onward.

    What Does “Unknown” Mean?

The brief PILF report defines it this way:

The U.S. Election Assistance Commission asks local officials how many ballots were not returned as voted, were undeliverable, or were otherwise “unable to be tracked.” The USPS Inspector General most recently reported that only 13 percent of mail ballots in the 2018 General Election used the official tracking system. This means there is a wide variety of things that can happen to a ballot in the “unknown” column.

In the 2020 election, there were 14.7 million “unknown” ballots nationwide, as well as 1.1 million undeliverable ballots, and 560,814 rejected ballots.
PILF helps put these figures in perspective by noting that Joe Biden carried Arizona by a mere 10,457 votes, yet Maricopa County, the state’s largest county, reportedly sent ballots to 110,092 wrong or outdated addresses.
