I had ancestors in the 1700s living in Halifax, Yorkshire and Grantham, Lincolnshire. What do the resulys mean? I seem to be a product of Northern European tribes who settled in Britain - Celts, Belgae, Franks, Danes, Saxons.

UPDATES
Percentages on the pie chart have been tweaked further and I've added the Deep Dive versions too, but I don't know what the point of the latter is about, showing far more Celtic and a couple minute Mediterranean hits. Ancient Sample versions state that I'm basically 1/4 Celtic, ranging 24-26.9 (Ancestry vs Living). It does look like there's between 1.83-2.22 (Living vs Ancestry) Mediterranean DNA, but not Greco-Roman as it appears Germanic tribesmen took provincial women. In this case, comparatively speaking, Goth men took Illyrian wives and Vandal men took Balari wives. It can be argued that Goths and Vandals lost their East Germanic identity through their exogamy with Illyrians and Balari, as neither sort exists today. All of them were lost within the generic "Romance" category that is not necessarily or entirely Mediterranean altogether, but a synthesis or fusion of disparate origins and my total thereof ranges 10.69-12.58 (Living vs Ancestry).
The website groups all extant North Germanic as regional variants of "Vikings". To interpret the West Germanic groups, I am comfortable equating Saxon=Kingdom of England, Frank=Kingdom of France, Longobard=Kingdom of Italy, Alemanni=Kingdom of Germany. Putting these four into context, there is the Plantagenet Kingdom of England and France on one hand, the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation on the other and this is the apparent order of my West Germanic heritage. So, yes, I am majority Germanic (1st West, 2nd North, 3rd East), middling Celtic and minority Romance (i.e. East Germanic forked with Mediterranean); thereby more Nordic and less Mediterranean. In describing the roots of different West Germanic sources, most of my Nordic DNA is through my British Isles family due to North Germanic; the only Mediterranean DNA via my European Continental family through East Germanic.
To put my West Germanic another way, I am more Saxon/English than Alemanni/German and more Frank/French than Longobard/Italian, so that is why I have certain Anglo-Nordicist biases valuing the Mediterranean contributions to my heritage as well as of Europe much less. Perhaps others don't have the same type of genetic configuration that is more typical in my society and feel offended at my statements, but at least I've been honest where I feel more comfortable. Some others may easily conflate German with Germanic and identify Germanic through German issues, but my Anglocentric POV is in the reverse, being far more Saxon than Alemanni. Although I have no issue whatsoever with spilling French blood, I feel far more comfortable with the establishment in which France was joined to England than cohabiting with Italians in paramount authority as Germans did. That has to do with the types of non-Germanic influences among the French vs the Italians and their respective Nord vs Med compatibility with Germanic blood. In recognising my own imperfections as well as those of others, I believe that my sense of priorities is not amiss.
