Sweeping statement. And also deliberately made look big. Think a bit what 170% of normal levels or capacity.
100 % of capacity does mean average occupation or use. 200% would mean twice this. But saying 125 sounds bigger then even saying double or a quarter more.


As for people getting easier sick, what do they think the "extended crisis" the permanent exposure to supposedly "covid" horror-stories does do to the psyche of impressionable people? And mass psychogenic illness as well as nocebo-effects are known medical conditions. They just don't get the same attention as supposed physical causes.
