I have read about one family in Finland whose daughter had bad skin problems as she drink normal milk. So she was only able to drink plant milk (= oat based milk). It was not lactose intolerance ... their grandparents remembered that one member of family had similar problems. Mother read about A2 milk, tested first goat's milk ... daughter did't have any problems => they changed to pure A2 milk.

Basically almost all cows in Iceland produces A2 milk and Icelanders misses almost totally 2. type diabetes.

It's not as well known but it's called a "milk protein intolerance".

I find it very odd why buying produce directly from farmers seems to be so expensive. I recall from my own time working at a farm, they got about 0.3 euros for each liter of milk when the diary company came to load it into their big milk tank. While the same liter of milk costs a little over 2 euros in the grocery store. Still, the farmers I've seen who's been selling milk themselves, price it at around 3 euros, without any middle-man taking any share. Makes no sense to me.

Yes. Most of cases there is no sense to buy (normal A1) milk directly from farmers, or if you do that ... you should get it clearly cheaper than 1eur/l.

This is one of the reason why our cows are exactly Kyyttös (no matter what ... we could not compete against much bigger farms and their production costs). We don't sell our organic (and also A2) milk out to individual people. We have contracting parties ... not any huge ones like Arla (which dominates markets in Sweden) or Valio (which dominates markets in Finland). Those are much smaller local players ... one who wants exactly organic milk.

How much you would be ready to pay goat milk?

Mini scale dairy would't need lots of space...

Lactic Acid exist in two variations , and "right circulating" had been a kind of hype once some decades ago .

For the Caseins (Cheeseins) I could not find much more .

    Some Cattle Races :

12 both milk and muscle races :

N# 11 is the Anglo / German Redcattle , just for members like SaxonPagan

    16 Meat races :

    N# 12 Blonde from Aquintaine

    Just 3 Milk races :

There are Red Holsteins also :

    According to
    https://www.praxis-agrar.de/tier/rin...n-deutschland/
most cows are held in Bavaria and with larger distance follows Lower Saxony .
In Eastern Germany the stocks of cows at a farm average over 200 , while in Bavaria they average just 39 .
