Man Asks For 'Gun' That Could Kill 200 People

Phillip Attey said he got mad when he saw the clerk selling a gun to a man Attey felt was a "White Nationalist."

Port St. Lucie, FL – A Florida man who waltzed into a Walmart store and asked a clerk to sell him a gun capable of killing 200 people has announced that he is an anti-gun activist, and that he wanted to make a political statement.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, when the self-proclaimed activist interrupted a Walmart clerk who was speaking with a customer in the sporting goods area, according to Treasure Coast Newspapers.
Aside from an ever increasing number of mortals who have willfully chosen to worship Satan and his minions, our battle has always been against the powers and principalities operating surreptitiously throughout this twisted world.

Hell, I think we all have guns that will kill 200 people. That's just a matter of cover, concealment, movement, and enough ammunition.

What an idiot. Knows nothing about firearms that much is obvious.

I worked at and a very large and well known gun store in Indiana in the 90s, this kind of thing happened all the time it just did not get reported with the internet. The question was posed differently, usually referring to high powered sniper rifles or full automatic weapons it went somewhere along the lines of "will this gun kill people out to x number feet of distance" or "how many people will this gun kill" . We hand a store policy to politely refuse to let people with questions like purchase firearms and their may have been some legal stipulations to us selling firearms to people who openly state intentions to harm themselves or others.

The only gun I ever remember selling that I knew for sure harmed someone was a woman in her 40s. She did not have a gun permit and she bought a Taurus .38 Special revolver, she had to wait 14 business days for the gun by Indiana law back then. In the meantime she took a firearms safety class at our range so she would know how to use her revolver ( I did not teach that class ). When her 14 days expired and her background check showed nothing she came in and picked up the revolver drove home and shot herself in the head. We never knew why she committed suicide, only that according to her family she got all her affairs in order, waited the 14 days, took a class, and then did the act. She never made mention to me or the employee of her intentions.
Life is like a fire hydrant- sometimes you help people put out their fires, but most of the time you just get peed on by every dog in the neighborhood.

Before becoming a devout Glock fan, Lilly's first SA pistol was a Taurus DAO 9mm 24/7 model that was ergonomically designed for her small hands.

Sadly, we received notification that the early 24/7 models suffered a dangerous propensity to discharge simply by shaking them or dropping them. But due to a pending lawsuit against Taurus Arms concerning this matter, we were not able to receive compensation for her pistol even if she had returned it to Taurus USA until this lengthy lawsuit was settled in court.

Normally, I sell, buy, and trade firearms legally and responsibly via private transactions with other private citizens. But, due to the defective trigger mechanism plaguing this particular model, I could not, in good conscience, risk selling it to another private citizen. Instead, I sold it to a reputable dealer and indoor range owner I frequently patronize; making him fully aware of the mechanical defect.

Anyway, one night while Lilly and I were snuggling in bed around midnight, three ATF agents in tactical gear pounded on the door to our enclosed front porch, which leads to our main security entrance. When I managed to find out what they wanted at that ungodly hour, they asked if I had once owned a Taurus 24/7 pistol, and if I did, who did I sell it to.

Once I referred to my bill-of-sale documents that I keep in a safe, I provided proof that I sold the Taurus 24/7 pistol to a local dealer. Reluctantly, these unfriendly agents left our home to get the dealer out of his bed, who had to drive to his place of business at around 1:30 AM to prove to them he had sold the 24/7 to someone who met the requirements to legally own a handgun. But who we all later discovered had not only just murdered another man with it, but a LEO later as well. The perpetrator also died in the exchange of fire that later ensued.

Although we'll never know for sure, but what if the perpetrator simply shook this defective pistol at the original victim to intimidate them rather than actually intending to kill them, causing it to discharge, resulting in the first fatality. This then led to the deliberate murder of one of the officers who responded to the scene.

I've pondered the events leading to this tragic incident ever since it happened. And, even though I know that neither I or the licensed dealer are responsible for the criminal conduct committed by another individual in this case, I am still disturbed about it.

After being legally owned and safely used by my little lady, this is the inanimate object that was used as a weapon of violence by someone no impending "Red Flag" laws would have prevented from happening:
