    Bercow Speaker of Parliament

‘Bercow MUST GO!’ MPs plot removal of controversial Speaker after ‘Brexit bias’ claims

JOHN Bercow could be unseated by MPs if he doesn’t step down in summer following the Brexit extension, it has been reported.

MPs are said to be collecting signatures in support of a no confidence vote if the Speaker does not quit in June. Mr Bercow has previously said he intends to look for a successor after holding the position for 10 years. However, a senior Conservative source told The Daily Telegraph: “Bercow is going nowhere. He is determined to see Brexit through.”

Another source said: “He’s coming under quite a lot of pressure to stay in the chair while Brexit remains so uncertain.”

One MP who supports his departure said: “Even if it doesn't work, we can't just stand by and let him ride a coach and horses through our constitution without registering a protest.”

Labour MPs Chris Bryant and Harriet Harman have said they are interested in becoming Speaker.

Mr Bryant told the paper: “I'll be a candidate," while friends of Ms Harman said she was "certain to run" and told journalists that Mr Bercow “wants to go before the summer recess”.

Contenders for the role also include deputy speakers Dame Eleanor Laing and Lindsay Hoyle.

The news follows criticism of the Commons speaker over his reported Brexit “bias”.

Reports earlier this year said the Tory MP might not received a peerage when he retires because of his behaviour during Commons Brexit debates.

Former Commons Speakers have been automatically offered a seat in the House of Lords for the past 230 years meaning this block would break tradition.

A Cabinet source told the paper at the time: "It's a good job peerage nominations are in our gift."I'm sure we'll be thinking carefully about which individuals we would choose to elevate to the House of Lords."I can't imagine we would look favourably on those who've cheated centuries of procedure."

A spokeswoman for the Speaker told the paper: “The Speaker was elected by the House in 2017 for the course of the Parliament. In the event he has anything to say on his future plans, he will make an announcement to the House first.”

John Bercow faces backlash over 'bollocks to Brexit' car ...

10/01/2019 · John Bercow enraged MPs and faced calls to resign after he was found to have affixed a sticker to his car window which said: “bollocks to Brexit, it’s not a done deal”.

Bercow was born in Edgware, Middlesex, the son of Brenda (Bailey) and Charles Bercow, a taxi driver. His father was born to a Jewish family and his mother converted to Judaism. His paternal grandparents were Jews who arrived in Britain from Romania a century ago. Having settled in the UK, the family anglicised its surname from Berkowitz to Bercow.

Bercow has shown strong bias over Brexit and there would have been much more criticism of him if he wasn’t jewish.

Bercowitz has to go! This poisonous Jewish dwarf should never have been appointed Commons Speaker in the first place

MP Tables Motion to Debate No Confidence in Remainer Speaker Bercow

Brexiteer Tory MP Crispin Blunt has tabled an early day motion for debate of taking a formal position of no confidence in Speaker of the House of Commons John Bercow, based on how he has handled Parliamentary procedure in favour of Remainers.

Mr Blunt revealed Tuesday afternoon that he had tabled an early day motion — motions submitted for which there is no fixed day of debate — writing, “There are well over 100 MPs profoundly unhappy with the conduct of the Speaker” and his “handling of the Brexit issue.” “His decisions have helped contribute to the national paralysis on this great question of our day. His position is overt and wholly partial and the only means for properly saying so under our rules, as the assumption of the Speaker’s impartiality by our customs and practice, is on a substantive motion.”

Mr Blunt made the point that he would not list the motion under any other MPs’ names other than his, as “many others continue to fear the consequences of being against a Speaker, who has such influence over their Parliamentary life, even if they have 100 supporters. This motion will lie open for the rest of this Parliamentary session and if 100 MPs let me know that they are prepared to sign it, I will then add their names to my own,” he added.

Mr Blunt sent out an email last week, according to Westminster blog Guido Fawkes, canvassing for support, saying that amongst support for the motion were members of the front bench. Speaking to Tom Swarbrick on LBC today, Mr Blunt said, “I think the question of his partiality over Brexit is now over and it needs to be formally called out.”

The MP, who voted for Leave and backed Prime Minister Theresa May’s controversial Withdrawal Agreement but does not rule out a clean, no deal Brexit, added, “There is an open secret here of collusion with Oliver Letwin and Yvette Cooper in trying to find ways of disrupting the Government’s management of Brexit business.”

Making the “central indictment” Mr Bercow’s handling of parliamentary precedent, the Tory MP said, “What is completely certain in my mind is that the referee is on one side of the game.“That is demonstrated by his conduct — more subtly, in his discussion with those MPs who are trying to make life impossible for the Government to get its Withdrawal Agreement across the line and to obstruct the alternative route for Brexit which would be leaving the European Union with no agreement.”

Mr Bercow had demonstrated in the past his alleged anti-Brexit bias when in March he selected four pro-Remain amendments for vote, and when the fact was observed with “some disappointment” by Brexiteer MP Mark Francois, the Speaker said, “Members do have to take the rough with the smooth.”

While in January, the Speaker had been accused of breaching House of Commons precedent by ignoring the advice of clerks by abandoning Parliamentary procedure and allowing MPs to vote on an amendment intended to stop a no-deal Brexit.

The day when an MP convicted of a criminal offence, and still serving her sentence (ie wearing a tag) was permitted to come into the House and vote, so that there was a tie, and then the speaker put in a casting vote, was the day that democracy and trust in our constitution died.
The cowardly behaviour of too many - not all - backbench MPs in failing to call out both the government and the speaker on their contemptuous disregard for the rules has led to a breakdown of the respect which MPs seem to regard as their right. The House of Commons has trampled on both our constitution and the wishes of the public. I think it may be too late to put this right.

Yes, Nigerian coon Fiona Onasanya and Jew-boy Bercowitz decided between them that Britain couldn't leave the EU without permission from Brussels!

In the laws of ancient Ireland if a person who is mentally incompetent does a crime, but is guided to do that crime by someone who is mentally competent, the mentally competent person is the one who is criminally culpable for the crime.

Mental competence is something which needs to be defined. There is an IQ aspect to mental competence, yet there is also an EQ aspect. EQ refers to the emotions and moral character. Almost half of the White population is mentally incompetent in terms of their EQ, they are unable to stand up for themselves and lack a racial conscience.

Whites who are mentally incompetent due to low EQ have been elevated to positions of authority and they are also being led to engage in things which are racially self-destructive. The criminal culprit in this situation is the Jews who are misleading them, but these whites have to be seen for what they are: they are mentally incompetent people, and them being in positions of authority puts the nation at risk just as having a mentally incompetent captain puts a ship at risk.

Mental incompetence in the white community tends to involve the EQ of whites rather than the IQ, and whites have higher rates of low EQ than other races, this is evident in the lack of instinct among many whites to show racial solidarity.

The low EQ of many of the whites in power makes them unable to do what is right for the country and therefore they should not be in positions of authority.
