I say that every day, I'm getting laughs that someone like this could never gain power. She already has power and has a large Hispanic following..............

She's nothing but an oversized schoolgirl of at best average intelligence and reminds me of any basic b*tch I ever met. I can imagine her teachers in high school being impressed with her and giving her good grades for the sort of nonsense she spews now - they probably still are. However, if she had been the same age she's now in the Nineties or any other era AOC wouldn't even have cared for politics beyond virtue signaling amongst friends. Her stupidity may have been somewhat cute or endearing. Sadly, she's a millennial and millennial ignorance and shamelessness know no boundaries and always go hand in hand. And they live in the worst kind of social media bubbles.

AOC isn't worth your time nor attention as she contributes nothing of any value to political debates on a national level, and yet here we are - forced to cringe over someone incapable of cringing themselves. Her voters are probably worse than her too!

At least she causes more problems for the Democractic Party than for the rest of the country - so far.

Don't think that her being an idiot, if indeed she is one, is any real barrier to her becoming elected, especially as more mindless Hispanics flood into the country and reproduce like rabbits. Those of you who think quality is more important than quantity are in for a rude awakening.

It seems that Co-founder of Greenpeace Dr. Patrick Moore had enough of this watermelon :

Greenpeace Co-Founder, Dr. Patrick Moore, has been in an ongoing spat with New York Democratic Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) over the overly-ambitious Green New Deal that could quadruple the national debt. Moore, who has since split with Greenpeace, now refers to himself as the "sensible environmentalist."

The GND calls for an ultra-progressive bucket list of environmental goals such as the elimination of all fossil fuels, nuclear energy, air travel, 99% of cars and the retrofitting of every single building in America for "state of the art energy efficiency." AOC's plan even throws in government-guaranteed jobs - and simply hands cash to anyone "unwilling to work," along with healthy food and a free house.

The plan would also, as Moore notes, kill everything on earth:

She's too young - only 29 - to run for president. A person has to be at least 35 to run for president. I think her "popularity" will fizzle out.

Her mother left New York and now lives in Florida because property taxes in NY are too high.

The problem is that spics like her don't bother to follow our rules. We could be ruled by this airhead in 10 years.

Ocasio-Cortez: 'I am as powerful as a man' and it drives people 'crazy'

In a new interview with The New Yorker, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) said she is "as powerful as a man," and that infuriates her GOP critics.

Ocasio-Cortez made that comment when presented with a quote by Ashley Reese of Jezebel about women in politics: "Women are often either characterized as hideous harpies like Hillary Clinton or pretty idiots whose ‘craziness’ is bound up with their sex appeal. ... To her critics, Ocasio-Cortez is firmly in the pretty idiot category.”

Ocasio-Cortez told The New Yorker she agreed with the quote and "predicted it from day one."

"The idea that a woman can be as powerful as a man is something that our society can’t deal with. But I am as powerful as a man and it drives them crazy,” Ocasio-Cortez told the magazine.

She added that she believes she gets extra backlash from President Trump based on her background and policy proposals.

“I can see Trump being enormously upset that a 29-year-old Latina, who is the daughter of a domestic worker, is helping to build the case to get his financial records. I think that adds insult to injury to him.”

Ocasio-Cortez commented that she tries to avoid watching Trump on TV because he "relies and thrives on attention," and denying it makes him "weaker." She also said she was not impressed with his State of the Union address last month.

“He is such a small, mediocre person,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “I grew up with a real romanticism about America. I grew up in a first-generation household where your parents give up everything, and for me, America was the greatest thing ever to exist. To be there on the floor of the House was beyond anything my parents would have ever dreamed of. But the person behind the podium was so unskilled. It was kind of sad.”

The freshman lawmaker has become a rising star in the Democratic Party and drawn widespread attention for her self-proclaimed democratic socialist proposals.

The attention has put her in the middle of feuds with prominent Republicans, including Trump.

In the past, Trump has swiped at "socialist" policies, and the two have exchanged barbs over the proposed "Green New Deal." Ocasio-Cortez and Trump also clashed after she called him a "racist."

Yeah, we saw how well the Democrats (since we both know what you are implying) could deal with that when Sarah Palin was running mate.
