Recently it seems to me more and more that McCulloch and SNPA are biased in favor of Mediterranean non-Aryans and against Eastern European Aryans. The dark Irish, Scots and Welsh which he lists as Atlanto-Med or "Paleo-Atlantid" are in fact Pictish, remnants of pre-Aryan dark peoples who spoke non-IE languages. Yet McCulloch and SNPA consider them more assimilible than blonde, blue-eyed Eastern Europeans such as the ones I posted? This doesn't seem fair...
Based on my personal experience, Poles and Russians actually tend to be significantly lighter in hair and eye than the average British citizen, due to the Mediterranean blood lingering in Britain. I think this bias occurs because it is the traditional Western Europea vs. Eastern Europe cultural bias, rather than any kind of scientifically justified subracial classification. I would have no problem with children of mine marrying Aryan Slavs; I would definitely have issues with them marrying a Mediterranean like Catherine Zeta-Jones or Sean Connery.
