Officially it's somewhere around 3%, but it is estimated that it's much closer to 10%. And they do have higher birth-rates:

    Yellow: 1.5 - 1.7
    Orange: 1.4 - 1.5
    Light-red: 1.3 - 1.4
    Red: < 1.3

    Edit:
Though numbers are much higher than shown on the maps, since many are not counted in the census and many births go under the radar.

It would work nicely if they were to exclude them from this. However, that would seriously piss the EU off.
Exactly! This is what happened in Romania under communism, when they encouraged birth, when abortion was illegal, and when the ideal of the 'hero mother' was promoted! For gypsies was always normal to have countless children... and so they also got more benefits from the state. Not to mention they started to be assimilated into the Daco-Romanian population (also 'thanks' to the communism regime)...

I was thinking the same about Norway... The situation in Norway is terrible! A while ago they were debating on the abortion law... If they were going to make abortion illegal or not, still the people from Middle East and Asia are naturally having more children...

Exactly! Also, some of them may not declare themselves Gypsies, because of social stigma... However, do you know which is the latest trend in Romania? In Romania the government gives the Gypsies more benefits (positive discrimination), so some Romanians started to declare themselves as being ethnic Gypsies just to get more benefits...

However, many places were over-flooded by Gypsies in the last decades... since they have no stop, no limit, in 'producing' babies...

Don't have that here yet. But I guess it will start happening if they pump up the benefits.

Hungary has a real high Value Added Adjusted Tax (VAT) of 27% .

Compared to Scandinavia it is above them .
What taxes are they meaning now? Taxes paid for salaries or value-added tax (average), or taxes added to fuels etc.?

Anyway ... for example Finland is ''dream country'' of all kinds of taxes .... I'm pretty sure Hungarians have no idea how much someone are paying different types of taxes.
