I read the book "The most evil men and women in history" by Miranda Twiss, a very interesting and entertaining book. So this question came to my mind:

Who is the most evil men and/or women in history for you?

Seriously: Muhammed, for being a prophet to the one thing I hate in this world. For Marrying a girl at an age of 6 and having sex with her at 9... Alot of other deeds too but I am sure you kow of them.

And I am sure there are more evil men/women but he is the only person that I come of atm...

For the most evil woman, it would have to be George Bush Jr.

My opinion on the matter:
The most evil people...hm...the white collar criminals. The ones who sit behind desks exploiting people. The ones with no face, but with a bank account. They are the very incarnation of evil.

Who is the most evil men and/or women in history for you?

None.

I have the pleasure of not experiencing many of the horrors that people of both our own lands and of others have experienced, but I do not feel compelled either to condone their behavior or denounce them either. What is now for us, is, and we must look towards the greater. I'd think the fact these people existed puts them into a framework of what we need and want, for if we judge these evil people by there evil alone, we too can become evil, even though we feel we are right. Many of them probably insisted on some purity that would not come at that moment, or they were arrogant crybabies.

We should be saying: what people that we are not particularly fond of, in a historical sense, actually done good for us and why? The first name that comes off the top of my head is Robespierre, a madman who's insanity put into perspective the radical element of the French Revolution, and through it, awakened a truth in the traditional spirit. There's more, but I don't to make this post long.

Anyway though, the most evil people are the ones who inflict damage to my friends and family. I'd begrudgingly say "we have to cope", but their evil has no valuable context.

He was a hero to his people...but so was every other leader who was supported by their people but the way he went about it was purely evil.

Vlad surely used some abhorring methods against the Turks. I think he was a hero because
1)he gave them what they deserved and
2)he stopped their armies from entering central Europe. Vlachia and Carpathia was the bridge.

I am Greek, therefore a balkan, and I cannot help paying tribute to his deeds. I do not care why he did these things, but I can see the results. And thank God he acted this way. For once again,
