I used to be quite active here many years ago.

Hello, possibly as long as ten years ago I was quite active here, cannot recall my user name however. I left due to fears regarding my occupations insistence on a rather Left wing PC attitude demanded from its employees, and they certainly had all the means you could imagine at their disposal to find the slightest reason to sack you.
Now that I am retired however, I doubt they are as interested in my activities, but from a more personal reason, I just had an ancestry DNA test, turns out I am not half English/half post Teutonic Knight Prussian, (expecting to find a mixture of German or Polish, or a mixture of the two DNA), but I have no Polish, only 11.7% German, the rest of my paternal DNA is Baltic, and from the Haplogroup associated with Old Baltic Prussians from the very area of both my paternal Grandparents, Pomerania.

    Hej!

Can I see your DNA results?

Try to associate the baltic percentage with the WHG side of your ancestry and things like sardinian or southern european (if you have some) with the neolithic background. The Yamnaya component is a mix of both paleolithic and neolithic, but you can find sometimes a percentage from the caucasus that indicate the most relictic and ancient part of your IE heritage.

I will need some guidance with this, what for instance is the WHG side of my ancestry? I can tell you my Paternal Haplogroup is R1-L365

I get this from 23 and me

The baltic one have a more percentage of WHG components. But all europeans cluster are mix of paleolithic, neolithic and yamnaya elements.
