Post Kai Murros - The Revolution

A former conservative turned into a NB.
    http://www.kolumbus.fi/aquilon/intindex.htm

    - Revolution in a modern society is based on creating a counter society in the base areas which are under the Party's control.
    ....
-History consists in struggle between the masses and the elite and between different cliques within the elite. As the people become the new elite, an elite that governs through organic democracy, this struggle will come to an end. This will be the prelude to the history of humankind.
    ...
    - The most devious revolutionaries are actually those who join the capitalist camp and act just like any other capitalist but with an exeptionally ferocious and blatant zeal, thus strengthening the self-destructive tendencies of the system. These are those who have most profoundly understood the dynamics of the revolutionary process but will run the risk of being shot when the Party finally takes over.

Post Re: Kai Murros - The Revolution

Great quotes, my favourites are the following.

You have to see our revolution in a biological context. We are basically a pack of wolves defending its territory and cubs, a pack of wolves fighting for its survival, defending its right to exist.

Accept the fury, let the hatred guide you, find the beast in you. Break your shackles and burn the bridges behind you. Nothing good will ever come out of you before you know who you truly are.

The ultra radical left deviationists have openly declared that they will always and unconditionally take side with foreign hordes that are spreading into our streets and towns. This means that the ultra radical left deviation has in effect declared war on the European Nation and aims at hurting our people whenever it is possible.

If we take a closer look, it becomes very clear that the ultra radical left deviation is motivated by perverted hatred and malice towards their own people... at the same time they talk about revolution --- revolution, but by and for whom? How can you start a revolution if you hate and despise your own people and want to hurt them?

Our enemies do not know what kind of powers they are dealing with and that is why they are about to unleash beasts whose existence the world so dearly would like to forget.

Gangs of uprooted criminals invading our streets, looting our stores, robbing our people abusing our welfare system and liberals wailing and blaming racism for everything -- things just couldn't be better.

Well, I could go on and on, herr Murros sure has a way with words. Great page, Lumivaara

This site is awesome! Thanks for the link. My favorite quote:

"In the hours of this magical night we will celebrate the wonder of unity, this Being Together. There are no rich or poor, old or young, wise or fool among us, for we are ONE. Everyone is important, everyone is needed and no-one is ever alone.... ....The race has gathered here under the stars to celebrate its eternal life.

"Do not confuse us with political parties for there is nothing political about us -- we are a spiritual movement, we are a religion."

Kai Murros is a poet and satiric. His Revolution is a satire of Mao's Little Red, written from a European point of view with a modern touch (according to himself). Look at the great cartoons on the site, displaying Europe's national rebirth. Wonderful! It's poetry to inspire!
I was to translate his book into Swedish, but unfortunately it didn't come to realisation. No one was interested in publishing it either. It sold rather good in Finland though, being a 77-pages prosa, that is.

It looks to me like he is rather serious. What is the name of his party? What kind of actions does it undertake? Can you tell me something about Murros' organization? I am utterly fascinated by his writing.

Kai Murros has no political organisation. He's a editor working for a large Finnish publishing firm, translating and editing large volumes of books. He is serious, but it's also satire. What he wants to do, according to himself, is promote and popularize the ideas of National-revolution. He's also sympathetic to NB. Unfortunately, I've lost contact with him...

(BTW, do you know were one could get a copy of Agursky's Third Rome: NB in USSR?)

I bought two used copies of Agurksy's book at amazon. You should check if they still have some to offer. I like Murros. His quotes are stunning in their evocative simplicity and beautiful in their uncomprising expression of truth. I also admire his staunch left-leaning and anti-capitalist approach to pan-European racialism. What else has he written? Does he collaborate with any political organizations? How popular is he in Finland?

    Down with bourgeois selfishness!

    By Irma Stenbäck

"The elite is blind. The state can't be toppled by revolutionary masses of workers, but by capitalists blinded by greed. Information technology is the rope from which the capitalist will hang. The revolution will be fought on the terms of the middle classes. Liberals should be beaten every day!" These quotes are taken from Kai Murros' book The Revolution and its Execution in Modern Society. The publisher was thrilled to finally get his hands on a Finnish political satire. This is Murros' first book. The author, who is not using a pseudonym, is a thirty-something historian from the petty bourgeois district of Käpylä in Northern Helsinki. He has spent a year in China on a scholarship. Murros is now a self-designated "Marxist", and when he was a student he was the chairman of the rather more conservative Töölö National Society. He says that he is intrigued by people who join political parties. Is he being serious? He says that he wrote the book in earnest, with a post-modern twinkle in his eye. He sought to analyse society, to find aesthetics in words and thoughts. The idea for a modern day revolutionary guide came from his notebook, where he had jotted down ideas for his thesis, which was on the Chinese People's Liberation Army's military strategy in the cross-currents of Maoist ideology.

After several heated bar-room debates he decided to put his points of view down on paper. He was fed up with the current system and the eternal whining. He says that he could see where the global economy and consumer hysteria was leading. The readers can interpret his book any which way they please. The book does not have a bibliography, but a political historian will recognise the rough and ready quotations. Murros' favourite classics are Mao, Lenin, and Stalin, but he has also used Niccolo Machiavelli and Karl von Clausewitz. Of the Finnish historians, Murros particularly admires Heikki Ylikangas. The book can be read as a political paradox, a collection of aphorisms, a pamphlet, or political poetry. Murros has deliberately used the socialist prose of the seventies' declamatory propagandists, now caught in the chokehold of their capital. The red-covered book might be too much to take for a dour pragmatist, as the red-green revolution is victorious through the use of violence. Murros himself is opposed to violence, and prefers gardening. He says that sometimes one has to be extremely radical in order to defend the traditional. He feels that the Nordic countries have the world's most successful society.

I checked, it looked like they were sold out.
Murros have written some articles for Terra Firma, I know, under the pseudonym Aquilon or something like that. Check these two out, they're rather good. In those he makes a satire out of the Turner Diaries, or something.

I don't know if he's political involved. He wrote to me once that some nationalist groups tried to contact him, but he wasn't very interested. Finland isn't known for great authors nowadays, but I don't think he's so well-known in Finland.

He look and seem a bit like a Finnish Limonov... =)
It's also interesting that Finland produces so many 'Green-Brown' authors, such as Pentii Linkola and Kai Murros. It must be the Fennoman folk soul. Finns have always been associated with the soil and forests.

Typical mass people dont now nothing about Murros, his mostly known in small groups. But the public came to know him when his book Revolution and how to do it in a modern society came out some year ago. Belive me or not but the known liberals were furious.
