    The Canadian Faith and Church

What a great nation we have! From coast to coast, we Canadians have built a solid country, with a diverse cultural heritage, with many amazing places to visit. We explicitly honour our heritage in comparison to America (the British Monarch is still technically our Head of State, Quebec is a French province, we recognize our First Nation People as the aboriginal/indigenous people of Canada, etc.). It is a great thing to appreciate roots and diversity. One key to keeping our uniqueness, will be to honour our diversity by maintaining it.

Canada, like every nation, could now use a national faith (the Canadian Faith), to bind us all together (with corresponding congregation centres). Teamwork is a key to success, and all people should work as a team.

The purpose of this article is to put forward the need for European Canadians to begin explicitly congregating as a group, and advocating on behalf of their ethnic interests, namely by embracing the European Canadian Faith, and congregating at European Canadian Faith centres/churches.

Some will argue that our existing Christian churches are adequate. Firstly, our Christian churches do not discuss nor celebrate European Canadians, whatsoever; secondly, we must recognize that Christianity, while it has many positive attributes, is objectively, a Roman version of the Jewish messiah. And so, it is high time we place emphasis in having faith in ourselves as a group through an European Canadian Faith.

The following is a framework for the "theology" of an European Canadian Faith that would be an independent subdenomination within a Canadian Faith:

    Sermon 1: Big Bang

What came before the Big Bang - YouTube

Sermon 2: The Story of Earth and Life

Sermon 5: History of the World and Europe

    History of Canada - YouTube
    History of Canada - YouTube

Sermon 9: War of Independence - Canada remains (loyal)

Ideally, within the European Canadian Church, the American Revolution would be thought of as a civil war tragedy within the British Empire, where a better solution was to allow the British folk who controlled America (and Canada) their greater freedoms, and to have reformation within the Church as outlined here:

Prince Charles: Why we need a meddling Monarch (reform the Church)!

Instead of JC or Odin/Baldr you could call It the "Cosmos", ... but there's no specific Holy Book to go with that (although here are some good efforts: Cosmos Theology; Larger Consciousness System) and the issue with science is that we realize we're rising simians. Jared Taylor tends to end the American Renaissance conferences with "And may the spirit of our people guide you forward." At some point there needs to be a binding philosophy to unify us all.

It is unfair that we non-Jewish Europeans must continue to strictly follow a derivation of the Jews' folklore as our nationalist religion. The consequences of not having a religion to celebrate your heritage and protect your tribe can manifest itself in many ways, namely a lack of positivity and social cohesion for one's people and nation.

Lastly, comedy shows and music can be seen as a type of new age theology to add to the mix.

Let us go forward in creating the European Canadian Faith!
We need a reservation system for our people and our own ethnic-nationalist faith, where we'll have sermons about our people and nations, real history, science, philosophy, etc., in addition to our older religions. Throw in some open bar nights, comedy club hours, music and dance, etc., and it'll be a cracker barrel of good times lol.

My attempt at proselytizing the European Canadian Faith to the newly formed Canadian Nationalist Party. Since I knew I was speaking to mainly Christians, I replaced the Caesar's Messiah link with a link to the King James Bible. It's important we work together.

    http://forum.nationalist.ca/index.ph...icseen#msg3204

I'm going to back up my responses here in case their forum disappears someday (thank you Skadi):

Well said; however, I don't think we need new mythology, moreover, mythical supermen, to guide us today. We can use the old mythologies for that purpose if desired (usually in jest), and focus on modern knowledge applied to practical issues of today.

If you're trying to forge a religion that people can be happy with you're not going to out-compete the evangelical style humanistic-Christianity of our age. They have religious marketing down to an art. And those who don't get caught in that net are easily swept up by humanistic-new age. We don't have feel-good to offer. We have blood and struggle and life.

It's not going to be possible to forge a religion based on ethno-centric ethos without a metaphysical core that explains to people why they should care. Rising simians should pragmatically jump ship genetically when their ethnogroup is sinking. And lots of boomers do just that when they celebrate their mulatto grand-kids.

This theology needs some real theology, some teleosis, some endgame, some objective.
Well, feel free to add those missing parts. It's a communal effort.

All it essentially is, is unitarian universalism made ethnocentric for European Canadians.

The "metaphysics / teleosis" are simply that we are a group of humanity evolved/created by nature/God and for those of us who appreciate our ethnic group (the happiness of our folk, the feeling of family and peoplehood, the sense of comfort, humour and productivity of being with our own kind), to form an explicit faith organization to preserve ourselves. Our source of faith is a belief in ourselves as a people, to do good, to form a solid ramrod of community, under God (whether you call It Jesus, Odin, or whatever else)/nature/the cosmos.

The reason we're going to be completely erased in a few generations is that we're not forming a proper team. Christianity does not speak about European people whatsoever. Judaism does nothing but speak about Jews and look out for them. We're worshiping an universalist Roman version of the Jews' messiah through Christianity, and while it has some positive attributes, it encourages globalism and miscegenation. We have to form a replacement concept. We can reference Christianity, Paganism, and New Age concepts, like the Unitarian Universalists do (reformed Judaism does this as well, so does First Nation/Aboriginal/Native/Indigenous/Indian/Injun spirituality), but it should all be tied back to our peoplehood concept (like the Jews and First Nation people do for themselves). It's not a rocket science, ... we need to make "Team White/European Canadian". We don't need to solve String Theory, tie it back to a Theory of Everything for our people, promising them eternal life ... we just need our own congregation centers (they'll undoubtedly get firebombed within a week, but we have to start somewhere ).

I left out Cosmotheism and Creativity in the above European Canadian Faith article. Those attempts at creating something for our folk went nowhere because they encouraged nonsense i.e. they used racial epithets and implied that violence and conflict are good things, ... it's time to have something proper, something "above ground" for our people (for mainstream mature adults and their families).

The proposed religion would offer people as full of an understanding of the concepts you mentioned as possible, by having free reign to reference not just the Bible, but other things sacred to our people such as our Paganisms and New Age concepts. We'd do this while, nonetheless, remaining steadfast on the idea that we Europeans are an unique people, evolved/created by God/Nature, who have a 'divine' right and purpose to maintain and perpetuate our group. The key is getting the rest of the world to accept us (Old Canadians and our counterparts in the rest of the world) as a group (explicitly) today, and to let us go about our way (namely, by not attacking us for congregating together, and advocating on behalf of our interests).

As for the details of the concepts you mentioned, after going over what science has to say about our reality, we'd point out the limits of science's explanation, and from there, reference the Bible's explanation, Paganism's explanation, and New Age's explanations for the unknowns/gaps.

If you want a specific, I find Tom Campbell's Theory of Everything (TOE), the Larger Consciousness System, the most comprehensive and reasonable in terms of tying everything together. Basically he says that, while we acknowledge that science (objectively/technically speaking) has yet to find any evidence of God/the Divine or for that matter ghosts, fairies, etc., people nonetheless (subjectively) sense/acquire evidence there's "something more" to our reality. This "something more", in his opinion, is the Larger Consciousness System/God. He describes an elaborate physics theory suggesting he's unified quantum mechanics, the theory of relativity, string theory, etc., and explains the essence of God and our being (our purpose) are simply to be and do good, maximize our being towards love, productivity and living a humble life. Nice and simple. He also says his explanation is "allegorical", the same way Bible people and Pagans do. Tom hasn't yet been awarded the Nobel Prize for his TOE, but it's good enough for me , the same way the Bible and/or Poetic Edda are good enough for most (btw, I too like those books).

Anyways, the purpose and focus of our congregating will be one part spirituality; a second part: motivating and inspiring our folk to act as a community, to befriend and help each other, like the Jews, First Nation, Sikh, etc. people do. There would be counterparts to the European Canadian Faith - other subdenominations within the greater "Canadian Faith" i.e. the African Canadian Faith, the First Nation Canadian Faith, the Jewish Canadian Faith, the Cosmopolitan (Mixed) Canadian Faith, etc., - we'll all fall under the "Canadian Faith", we'll all help each other, but we'll also respect each other's differences, and right to self-organization and determination. Obviously an issue will arise when someone of mixed ancestry wants to join our congregation instead of the designated "Mixed/Cosmopolitan Canadian Faith", ... we'll be open to them.

We need our group identify solidified through a religion so we can cement our future. If we don't start congregating explicitly, we're going to disappear in due course. We'll certainly lose control of our nations more than we already have in a few generations. The majority of Western man in the future will undoubtedly be a mulatto man, and most people will say "so what?", but we here know that while we have nothing against such people, they "won't be us", ... they'll be different. There is a feeling and an experience to us, that, obviously when we're a tiny minority or extinct, will be lost. We'll be "in" those mixed people, but the nature and experience of "us" will cease to be - that's a key point.

You say "Judaism is not a very successful religion in the grand scheme of things, we should not strive to emulate them" ... I totally disagree. Judaism succeeded in not only keeping that ethnic group/race/nationality in existence for the past 3000 years, it allowed them to dominate our societies and resurrect their nation, having lost it for almost 2000 years. Also, success in life is often "who you know" and having a nepotistic support network that's pushing you can really be helpful. For example:

"During the last three decades, Jews have made up 50% of the top two hundred intellectuals, 40% of American Nobel Prize Winners in science and economics, 20% of professors at the leading universities, 21% of high level civil servants, 40% of partners in the leading law firms in New York and Washington, 26% of the reporters, editors, and executives of the major print and broadcast media, 59% of the directors, writers, and producers of the fifty top-grossing motion pictures from 1965 to 1982, and 58% of directors, writers, and producers in two or more primetime television series."

    https://vdare.com/articles/iq-and-di...ashkenazi-jews

"Jewish entrepreneurs and philanthropists may have indeed contributed to economic growth, but they have also lavishly funded Jewish causes -- causes that typically oppose the ethnic interests of European Americans. Jews constitute more than a quarter of the people on the Forbes Magazine list of the richest four hundred Americans, 45% of the top 40 richest Americans, and one-third of all American multimillionaires. (15) The beneficiaries of this wealth include 4000 foundations controlled by Jews and 300 national Jewish organizations,..."

    http://www.kevinmacdonald.net/derb.htm

"Although Jews make up less than 3% of the population, they constitute more than a quarter of the people on the Forbes list of the richest four hundred Americans. In general, wealthy Jews have a strong record of donating to Jewish causes. 13"

    http://www.kevinmacdonald.net/WestSurvive.htm

"With the changes in view, how long do we actually believe that nearly 80 percent of the entire foreign aid budget of the United States will go to Israel?"

    http://www.cis.org/articles/2001/back1301.html
We need a religion on the same scale of theirs, with the same depth, scope, and power, so that we can save our people and nations. Thanks for the discussion. I probably won't be available for further commentary for a long while, as I'm not paid to do this, and have to attend other pressing matters in life. All the best and cheers.

    Continued conversations with Jair:

    http://forum.nationalist.ca/index.ph...sg3209#msg3209

    Hi again Jair,

I enjoy the points you raise. I assume you're a firm Christian believer. I'll respond in turn:

    Quote Originally Posted by Jair

First, just to be clear: I'm certainly not proposing we all convert to Judaism lol. What I'm proposing (and I realize there's little chance of this idea coming to fruition without a lot of brave individuals and the government getting on board): is that all Canadians would be considered members of a general "Canadian Faith"; and in that process, all Canadians would identify with (go to) their respective subdenomination - ideally, we "Old Canadians"/"White folk" would embrace the "European Canadian Faith" designation which would not be anti-Christian.

Any Christian church, Asatru hof, or even Unitarian Universalist church that wanted to fall under the "European Canadian Faith" umbrella would be welcome (they could all keep doing their thing, but identify as being congregations for Whites this way), but I get that most Christian and Pagan congregations wouldn't want to be a part of it anyways, so there'd also simply be a "Christian Canadian Faith" as well as a "Pagan Canadian Faith", etc., subdenominations within the greater Canadian Faith (not to mention the First Nation Canadian Faith, African Canadian Faith, Jewish Canadian Faith, Sikh Canadian Faith, Hindu Canadian Faith, Oriental Canadian Faith, etc., etc., etc., subdenominations within the Canadian Faith). I'm proposing both a new government classification system for religion, and a new religion for the racially minded. I know it's starting to sound complicated but it really isn't.

So, within the European Canadian Faith subdenomination of the Canadian Faith, there'd also be a proper European Canadian Faith church (in name) in addition to the Christian churches and Asatru hofs that might join. It's at this location where we'd actually have the open concept theology I was mentioning (we'd reference Christianity, Paganism, etc., but more importantly, the history of our people and how we must work as a team).

Yes European people should form their own religion or if they can't handle that, stick to their Christianity (or whatever else) but at least become explicit about White identity. To do otherwise gradually erases us, but this is often what Christianity has no problem doing: British, Congolese, Chinese, etc ...all these labels are generally insignificant to Christianity; all that really matters to Christianity is that everyone accepts Jesus as their savior. In the Tower of Babel story, languages/nationalities were created by God to punish humanity for trying to reach Heaven. Thus the concepts of nation and race are generally antithetical to most Christians. Nonetheless, there are all White Christian congregations who believe in their race being separate from others - we want to keep things that way.

I agree. The problem is thus how can we be more nepotistic towards each other, so our folk fairs better. BTW I could use a better paying job, could you help?

Well that's good to know. And if Christian European Canadian folk can solidify our race and its future, present our ethnic interests without comprising our peopehood, then amen. I look forward to the day when a Christian church actually begins advocating on behalf of European Canadians.

Lol, there's really only one thing I'm suggesting: that we are an unique people who deserves our own religion specifically for us and/or with respect to our existing religions, they become explicit about White identity. I think we can all agree with that; otherwise, there's no real structure protecting our group and nothing significant of which to participate with family and friends.

Fair enough. If you think a political party or a White interest group can provide that unity and power, as opposed to a religious system, then I await such outcomes and will help. I've donated/am a member of nearly a dozen American and Canadian political parties and groups. I have hope but doubts that any of it is adequate, although I commend the efforts.

To be frank, it's the appearance, sound and joy of our folk, that, in part, inspired our civilization. Call it "metaphysical". Most attribute such complexity to God. You call It the Christian God, for me It's a "God of the Cosmos" (which includes Christ). I'm not trying to take away from the core of the Christian message; I'm trying to carry it while adding other things.

All the best Jair, and long live our people and nations!

See you're still busy with that, great

You're btw absolutely right in aiming to make it a religion based in race, not just "tied" to it somehow. But imho you should then also be consequent, ethnocentrism excludes by its very base idea other ethnicities, so there really cant be an "afro-canadian faith branche" (etc) that you should care about. It's the very core concept of ethnocentrism to exclude, otherwise you end with a multikult religion and I think we already have one.^^

Contrast to christianity, Germanic paganism does have a "creation myth" that connects the gods with our people very directly. You should aim to offer that different point of view, that we are a holy community with not only the right, but the duty to exist to honour our gods, instead of not trying to "offend other views" (which are very foreign to us, do not relate to our people etc) and then water down your own idea. Religions are found on steadfast convictions and a religious/mythological body offered that people then follow, not the other way round.

Imho, the idea of ethnocentrism inherently requires a Volksgott / Volksgötter, as described by Nietzsche:
    (sry for the German quote)

    Chapter 16
A people (Volk/ethnos) that still believes in itself, also still has its own god(s). In him it worships the conditions through which it is well off, its virtues - it projects its lust for itself, its sense of power into a being, to which it sacrifices.

This is a circle, a sphere in itself, with an inside and an outside that are clearly seperated. If they are no longer seperate, well, it's what we have today, the globalist, universalist, "humanistic" mainstream religion of tolerance (rather ignorance of differences) for everything.

And since you mentioned the bable tower, this today's race-mixing propaganda is driven by the desire to undo or reverse that curse and make "humanity one". A religion that considers the "seperation of peoples" the "punishment of god" is really of no help in reversing the trend for our extinction through race mixing, because ultimately, it cant provide an immunity against foreign insurrection.

There's also this allegory with the tree. A healthy tree has roots from which it springs and feeds off, if you cut off the roots, the tree may survive for a while, even blossom in panic, but ultimately it will die. A people that replaces its roots for something foreign and unrelated will die as well, it literally is no longer rooted in itself. It's inherently important to reconnect our people to our actual past, and not some fairy tales of a foreign (and actually hostile) people.

    Just some thoughts.
Ein Leben ist nichts, deine Sprosse sind alles
Aller Sturm nimmt nichts, weil dein Wurzelgriff zu stark ist

Tremendous thanks velvet for your input. I did incorporate what you said to some degree here (includes part of your Nietzsche quote):

    http://forum.nationalist.ca/index.php?topic=622.0

Jair: what do you find particularly solid about a religion?

Me: There's really only one religion on this planet that I find especially "solid" and that is (unfortunately since I'm not Jewish nor would I want to be) Judaism. And in terms of what is "solid" about their religion: they've tied their peoplehood (their history, culture, mythlore), race (in large part) and nationalism together into something very comprehensive and utilitarian. They have their own nation, as well as schools and hospitals in our countries, not to mention investment firms, media, etc.

I believe Shintoism offers something to that effect for the Japanese; Sikhism at least has a homeland concept; the First Nation people seem to have a good system.

I want to see this for our people (I'd want it heavily weighted, for my particular church, towards North Western Europeans, particular British descendants).

When I think of my family, friends, my parents and their friends - they're all secular agnostic types. They're all White British descendants, but none of them do anything political (or religious) ... they eat drink and watch TV ... there's nothing representing us, organizing us, congregating us, and so this is especially why our folk appear to be doomed. Even if someone like me be built what I envision, I imagine most of them wouldn't give it the time of day anyways, but it'd be nice to have something out there which they might resonate with, regardless.

In Britain, I'd want to see a British Faith; in Germany, a German Faith; etc. In the 1930s, there was a German Faith being created which was essentially what I've always wanted (if I were mainly German), but Hitler essentially banned it because he didn't want it aggravating Christianity nor competing with his party.

With Christianity, we seem to have a dozen or so major denominations, and some say 30000 smaller ones. None of these tend to have sermons on say "the British People" and how they must work as a tribe. But I'll look into the books you've suggested and greatly appreciate the better interpretation of the Biblical events I mentioned.

Jair: What do you think is particularly solid about 'a religion'? Especially one that is not fussy about what it actually believes.

Me: On your second point, we'd become quite fussy about how this religion we've created was intended for European people, and in cases, a particular tribe of European people. In English speaking Canada, it would be heavily weighted towards British descendants; in Quebec, French descendants.

We'd look at Jesus as a nice God for uniting all people; we'd also place some emphasis on revering the "Gods of our ancestors". Germanic Paganism, for example, does have a "creation myth" that connects "the Gods" to our people very directly.

Ethnocentrism inherently requires a Volksgott / Volksgötter IMO, as described by Nietzsche:

"A people (Volk/ethnos) that still believes in itself, also still has its own god(s). In him it worships the conditions through which it is well off, its virtues - it projects its lust for itself, its sense of power into a being, to which it sacrifices."

We could even mention the idea of an unique European God, simply called "the European God", and for the British, a "British God", who are simply metaphorical "avatars/arms" of the "God of the Cosmos". We certainly wouldn't get too carried away with those ideas - we'd say that if you're agnostic, then just look at all this as "allegorical"/nonsense lol. What would be important at the end of the day, is that our people form a community that looks out for itself.

Tremendous thanks Jair, and let us keep up the good struggle for our folk and nation.
Jair went on for another couple of pages promoting the Christian worldview. I wrapped things up with this:

    http://forum.nationalist.ca/index.php?topic=622.15

    Me
: I agree in general. Rather than reinvent the wheel through some new church, if the Church of England simply had an hour or two per week (or month) devoted to celebrating and discussing the British people, their heritage (including their old Gods) and nation, then that would also work from my perspective. It's often better to use what exists than create anew (especially on spiritual matters today). Well, hopefully Queen Elizabeth II or eventually Chuck, Prince Charles, can get the ball rolling in this direction. I won't hold my breath waiting for it, but it's an idea I like.
Since I can't find anyone on the planet currently making "nationalist faith" sermons, I guess I should do it myself (even though I don't really have the time nor money). I'm just starving for some kind of spiritual community in my life, that doesn't dismiss, denigrate, nor deny my folk!

I'll post an attempt at a British Faith sermon below in due course.

    .
    .
    .

Ok, here's my first attempt below (I'm making it at this moment ... there will undoubtedly be spelling and grammar mistakes, and just poor wording - I'll try to edit that stuff away, but there's only 24 hours before I'm no longer able to do so).

This first sermon will just be a general introduction; later I will do one on our Paganism; then I will do one on our story with Christianity (I will try to be fair and extend the olive branch so to speak); then I will do some on our culture, our history (including our wars and how our old religions failed us), and then I will do some on current affairs (in the news) / life in general, and how our spirituality / our faith can help us; etc. I invite the British National Party (Adam Walker, Nick Griffin, Andrew Brons, Arthur Kemp, Adrian Davies, Rev Robert West, Nigel Christopher, David Furness, etc.) to create the British Faith and present these sermons (or versions of them) at their headquarters/meeting centres. We will eventually want our own British Faith congregation centres/churches (or perhaps the Church of England and Church of Scotland will finally do this job for us).

To note: you could substitute the word "British" below with the name of any other nationality and acquire an equivalent sermon for that country's national faith.

    The British Faith

    First Sermon

Title: Introduction to the British Faith

By John Smithwick, written Nov 24th, 2019, 4-6 pm EST, presented on Skadi Forum.

(Feel free to offer constructive criticism; use it, tweak it however you will. By substituting your nationality for the word "British", you can have a national faith sermon for your people ).

Beloved British descendants, we are gathered at this hour to honour our people and nation, and fulfill ourselves spiritually. In our Anglosphere countries today, our governments enforce and celebrate the global and universal, without addressing we "old stock" British folk. Christianity essentially never defends nor even discusses us. Embracing and expressing our particularism now, can feel a bit "too provincial, too tribal", but tribalism is not all bad. We humans need our tribes - our families and friends, our congregations, our sports teams, our fraternities and sororities. Tribes give us a sense of identity and belonging. They give us roots and community. They help us find our own unique place and purpose in the world. Tribes also build and sustain nations. They create culture and diversity. We British need our tribe so we can know our story; so we understand who we are and how to live life fully, while embracing a love for our community and the world.

When people ask: "What is the British Faith?", we respond: it is love for the British people and nation (as well as all others ). It is pride in ourselves and confidence in our capacity to be self-sufficient. The central task of our religious community is to cultivate the bonds that bind each of us, and which bind us to the rest of the world. There is a connectedness, a relationship discovered among our folk, an experience and feeling of being with our own kind, that once felt, inspires us to have more fun in life, be more productive, fight for justice and our interests as a whole. It is this faith, this British Faith, that assures we're not struggling for justice and our self-interest alone, but as members of a larger community. It is essential the British Faith exists and thrives, for on our own, our vision is too narrow to see all that must be seen, and our strength is too limited to do all that must be done. Together as a people, our vision widens and our strength is renewed and enhanced.

It will take love in action to accomplish this task; love in practice. It will take the repeated refusal to abide by agreements of malice and distrust and, by contrast, the repeated decision to cultivate a love that grows within our community and the world. It will take resistance to a culture that demands that we constantly ignore, or worse, demean ourselves as a group, even when we think there might be good reason to do so.

And so, our struggle begins anew each day, in how we journey together as a community. As we move through our lives and the world, will we be limited by the agreements of the time and space around us (?), or will we be freed by a sense of devotion to something greater? Will our vision reflect only the norms that we can name and explain today, the ones that comfort, annoy or mildly challenge us; OR will our vision be more encompassing of an endgame which triumphantly strengthens and fulfills us as individuals, a vision that unifies and builds us as a people and nation?

Our faith aims high. We are people of the way of life proper: the way of healing; the way of mercy and forgiveness - received and given freely, to all who ask, to all who need. We who’ve adopted this faith have done so to create a better way of life for ourselves, our folk and humanity; a way of life of peace and productivity and to join those who’ve chosen other ways of creating the same peaceful paths of abundance, integrity, and safety that we all must travel.

British brothers and sisters, may we grow in spirit enough to do this; remembering our covenant with something greater than what we are at present. May we grow in the spirit of our British Faith. May we cultivate and put into practice our faith, practice love towards ourselves, our tribe, our neighbors and strangers. And may our fruits be known to the world, in a tomorrow where the British people have renewed and strengthened themselves, strengthened their nation; in a future that is more peaceful, prosperous and joyful than ever.

[All rise] For the British tribe: "Long live the British People, Great Britain and Greater Britain! Amen."

(To note: the above was my first blathering, "waxing poetic" attempt at a British Faith sermon. I was tempted to add "God save the Queen and the coming King" at the end before the "Amen" - that might work. Take care British (and other European and Global) brothers and sisters lol. )

I'm doing one more sermon below and then I'll likely not do another for weeks to months if ever, as I'm not getting paid to speak on spiritual matters unlike some:

The British Faith and Church, Second Sermon

    The British Faith

    Second Sermon

Title: Having a Voice and a (Sensible) Peoplehood Concept and Faith for Possibly the First Time in our History

By John Smithwick, written November 25th, 2019, 7-9 pm EST, presented on Skadi Forum.

Dear British descendants, thank you for tuning in.

Looking at the world, we notice two groups of people who have the longest running cohesive story: the Jews and the Japanese.

Both groups have their own mythology/spirituality (Judaism and Shintoism). Both groups have their own nation and their own language. Both groups (nominally speaking) are unique races. Both have a few customs particular to their groups, etc. This is something to be admired as it makes the world diverse, and undoubtedly makes the majority of their people feel valued and fulfilled.

We British, on the other hand, are told that our group concept/identity is generally meaningless, and we "shouldn't think about it". We British can check the boxes of "having our own language", "having our own nation" (for now), "being a race/having a traditional appearance" (for now), but we lack our own comprehensive mythology/spirituality, and a notion of peoplehood that goes hand in hand with said spirituality.

The reason we want the latter is so that we can actually feel and institutionalize a connectedness to our ancestors and heritage, feel (and institutionalize) a sense of community to our folk alive today. In other words, feel like 'it all' wasn't for nothing and meaningless. We want to have a defendable/definable concept of ourselves, a ground of ethnic being from which to draw inspiration, hope, and strength. Without this, our erasure as a people and nation, moreover, evolution into something that isn't us, is essentially a done deal.

Certainly we British have a more disjointed narrative; nonetheless, it coalesces into something solid today. We are a combination of tribes: English, Scots, Welsh (which derived from Celts, Anglo-Saxons, Vikings, Normans, etc.). All this equates to the White British people we are today (that's not to say there aren't mulatto British people - these people are also included in our group).

Regarding spirituality, our history includes several religions: Druidism (of which there's barely a record), Germanic Paganism, and Christianity. Today we can also add "New Age".

It is the aim of our British Faith to combine all these things into a comprehensive "spirituality of us/for us" . Our ancestors were all these things, and so it only makes sense to include them into a package that will serve us well (despite past tribulations).

By doing this, the British Faith aims to give us a greater feeling of fulfillment and togetherness. The biggest hurdle to this objective will be incorporating Christianity, as it is dogmatic and Middle Eastern (it's Judaism with an addendum created by ancient Rome regarding a version of the Jews' messiah). Nonetheless, the Unitarian Universalists incorporate Christianity well (often employing humour and a few good Christian songs cherished/sacred to our folk), and thus, so can we.

Eventually we will lobby the Church of England and Church of Scotland to adopt the British Faith. Perhaps someday being a member of the "British Faith" will also be a necessity for being a part of the secret service - we want a sense of security in knowing that the people employed to protect us are actually loyal to our folk and nation.

Long live the British People, Great Britain and Greater Britain. Amen.

Lol, straight and to the point. Unfortunately, we of the British Faith (of which currently there is one member ) respectively disagree. Hearing stories about the Jewish people conducting their business in the Middle East, followed by hearing stories about a version of the Jews' messiah (see Ceasar's Messiah) does not make for an adequate nationalist faith for the British people, in our humble opinion . Add to this, the notion, that anyone from across the planet can convert to Christianity overnight (and btw, does it matter which of the many denominations of Christianity (?)), and again the significance is deminished.

We want a faith in which the story of our people is told (not the Jewish people), and we want a concept of God, or at least secular hope, described in their journey. That is part of the goal of the British Faith.

We welcome all British Christians to adopt the British Faith and incorporate it into their churches, for we are not hostile to Christianity (we recognize it as a largely joyful aspect of our past, despite there being a few unpleasantries/horror stories - you can't bake a cake without breaking a few eggs, and we have all these nice buildings and songs to enjoy from Christianity today - many of the songs were in fact created by our British folk) .

Long live the British People, Great Britain and Greater Britain. Amen.

Edit: BTW, if you want a precedent, please see the German Faith movement:

    German Faith Movement
    German Faith Movement - Wikipedia
    German Faith Movement - Metapedia
    Deutsche Glaubensbewegung – German Wikipedia

The German Faith Movement (Deutsche Glaubensbewegung) was closely associated with Jakob Wilhelm Hauer during the Third Reich (1933-1945) and sought to move Germany away from Christianity towards a religion based on the German peoplehood. Hauer was a professor at the University of Tübingen.

The development of the German Faith movement revolved around several themes:

    • the history of the German people
    • science (i.e. psychology) and philosophy
    • the supplementation of Christian ceremonies by pagan and new-age equivalents
Unlike the old German Faith movement, we will not be hostile to Christianity:

    Deutsche Glaubensbewegung – German Wikipedia

The aim of the German Faith Movement [Deutsche Glaubensbewegung (DG)] was to establish an official non-Christian community of faith with the same rights as existing Churches. [11] It was only permissible to be a member of the DG if one was not a member of another religious community (for taxation purposes).

On April 26, 1935, the DG held an event in the Sportpalast in Berlin. According to Fritz Gericke, head of the regional community of Berlin and co-organizer, 18,000 participated; one of the main speakers was Hauer. [12] On the fringe of the rally there were arguments with groups of Christians present, during which, among other things, the future clergyman Siegbert Stehmann was beaten and hospitalized.

After the event, tensions between the leadership of the DG, Hauer and Gericke on the one hand and their national socialist counterparts on the other, intensified (to note: Hauer and Gericke were not members of the NSDAP at this point).
Volkslexicon Drittes Reich, by Ludwig Peters and published by Grabert-Verlag, Tübingen, 1998
Deutsche Glaubensbewegung - Axis History Forum

The German Faith movement was an attempt to bring together various religious groups and associations into an organization that would exercise religiosity in a purely German sense. The movement was founded on May 23, 1934 in Eisenach by J.W. Hauer, who was elected chairman.

The movement rejected the Christian religion completely and began having manifold difficulties with the Nazi government one year later. As of 1935, the NS party prohibited members of the Hitler Youth and the SS from joining, and from 1937 onward, prohibited NSDAP members from joining. For these reasons, Hauer withdrew from the organization. The movement sank into insignificance thereafter.

The Holy Reich: Nazi Conceptions of Christianity

The DG's insistence that it was the religious expression of Nazism was not taken kindly in the NSDAP.

    [...]

Finally, in August 1935, Heydrich forbade all rallies and other public meetings of the DG across the Reich.
    Deutsche Glaubensbewegung – German Wikipedia

In February 1937 the lawyer Bernhard Wiedenhöft became
"leader" of the German Faith Movement, which on 6 May 1938, upon being pressured by the NS, changed their name to "Kampfring Deutscher Glaube" (Struggle Ring of German Faith), so as not to sound as though they were attempting to compete with the NS "movement". In November 1938, Hauer rejected a leadership offer once again (to note: by this point, Hauer had become a member of the NSDAP).
    Herbert_Grabert - German Wikipedia

After the suppression and subsequent collapse of the German Faith Movement, Grabert underwent an abrupt change. He became fully in service of the "Third Reich" and argued that no independent pagan religious communities were necessary outside of national socialism. Outside of the Nazi Party, there was no need for any independent religious community at all, since in his mind "national socialism sufficed in every respect." At the end of 1937, he was quoted by the Christian World and the Young Church as follows:

"For us, as for countless Germans, National Socialism is the new faith that makes super confessional and ideological groups superfluous." [14]

In 1939 Grabert joined the NSDAP (membership number 7,291,699). Grabert was occasionally financed and supported by the Alfred-Rosenberg-Foundation. [15]
Such a tragedy that we had the war/krieg. Dr Alfred Rosenberg represented the main man who could have brought about the German Faith in my opinion:

My Myth (German peoplehood and faith therein) had met with considerable disapproval. I know, for example, that copies of the collective attack made against me by the Roman Church (it was entitled Studieste) had been sent by the various bishoprics to all higher military posts in an effort to do away with me scientifically. [...]

At the end of 1939, the Führer accepted the suggestion that he give me a directive, addressed to party, state and Wehrmacht, to bring about and secure a unification of National Socialist philosophy.

Odd characters had attached themselves to our various branches, and the Reich Ministry of Education vacillated considerably. I wanted to bring about a firm though non-sectarian attitude. My appointment had been agreed upon.

Then, suddenly, the Führer told me that Mussolini wanted to come into the war after all, and had asked him to do nothing at the moment that might aggravate the Church. My assuming office at this critical time would cause a great deal of disquiet. I agreed that under the circumstances my appointment would naturally have to be postponed. [...] No matter what the respective spiritual positions may be, today, after the collapse, the time for a final showdown between opposing philosophies has certainly not yet arrived.
Long live the British and German People, Britain and Germany, and Greater Germania! Long live the British and German Faiths! (And all the other Germanic Faiths!) Amen.
We need a reservation system for our people and our own ethnic-nationalist faith, where we'll have sermons about our people and nations, real history, science, philosophy, etc., in addition to our older religions.
