Travels are best schools for developing minds and souls! Travels are best experience to understand better Peoples and Life itself. Travels are the best “cables” to transmit us “signals” to improve our characters. Do you travel often, dear Fellows? As a National socialist I use to travel in my Continent, the nicest Europe in order to understand better our Culture and Heritage. Despite I have so many relatives in U.S. and I can to spend there a lot of time for free, I don’t even think to visit the States because U.S. have a lot of Technology but not Culture and Heritage like Europe has! In Europe I’m traveling since my 15’s when, alone without no family, relatives or any escort I visit first time ( 1967 ) my lovely Country, Germany ( then “West”- ) obtaining first brilliant experiences. After that, Italy, France, Austria, Czech, Hungary, Monaco, Poland, Yugoslavia, Rumania, Turkey, England, Bulgaria, Fyrom, always inside my “home” named Europe. I use to visit many times same place because often is impossible to enjoy a place in a few days. And our Europe has so many things to offer us! For example, Berlin, Rome, Paris, Krakow, Prague, are open Museums, the nicest Galleries of Architecture and Visual arts in general, Music, Theater, Gardening and so many… I never emphasize the factor of ‘shopping’ during my travels! I don’t spend my little money on activities like that and I prefer to stay in Youth Hostels, a nice cheap solution I strongly suggest you. I prefer to spend my money visiting Museums, Archaeological places and Concert Halls, baying books (they are so expensive in Hellas and so cheap in rest of Europe… but so heavy in my luggage…) and over all for doing my sports. I don’t hesitate to bike all around cities I’m visiting and riding horses. Never forget to bike in Vienna and riding in Rome’s Galoppatoio di Villa Borghese; an unforgettable experience! For this reason in my sack there are no specific clothes except my breeches, bike-pants and some jean for my …smart nights in the Opera. Mostly, I visit War Museums and places of National socialist interest’s . I was very impressed in Bucharest’s War Museum ( really, fantastic! ) and in a small village near Monaco, the village of Eze where Friedrich Nietzsche wrote his “Also sprach…”. Furthermore, I have visit most concentration camps in central Europe before to obtain real knowledge about holo-myth! Usually, I don’t take with, my camera. I am a crazy photographer but not in traveling. I don’t know why exactly but I prefer to write memories directly in my mind. So I remember any single little street in Venice, or, in suburbs of Constantinople. Rarely, I take pictures of a certain theme like “Doors of Europe” or “Vienna’s Bridges” or “Berlin’s Theatres’ Facades”; that’s all. I make friendships very easy with natives; never I’m trying to live like Hellene in a other Country; I respect local customs and I’m trying to be absorbed by locals. I Hungary I behave like a “Magyar”, in Rome like an “Italian”, in Germany like a “German”. Hellenes upon traveling like to eat in Hellenic taverns Hellenic food avoiding to contact Hellenes if they are meeting around; I do the opposite ! I prefer to enjoy locals and local life and speak to Hellenes if I meet in a foreign place, asking their impressions; of course, other Hellenes are surprised when I react in this way ( our People is very conservative to permit any accidental contact in streets… ). Leaving a European Country I leave behind a part from my soul. Europe is really our only Paradise on Earth! Could you write your traveling experience, if you please? Kindest Regards! ----------------------
