Need help identifying a medal

I hope I am making this in the right forum.

Anyways, I was looking at some photos and came across one of Reinhard Heydrich. I looked at his medals and saw one there that I didn't recognise. I looked on Google for it (or even a repro) for about 2 hours and didn't find anything. It is shown here in the circle:

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot. The only other thing for me to find out is which campaign pins those are. I have not been able to find any color photos of Heydrich, or any listing of which ones he has. Any ideas?

I don't know precisely which other awards he had, but I do know that he had been a naval officer in the Reichsmarine; some of his awards are listed here.
