12 German Taxpayers Fund Cost of Just One Migrant

One of the biggest secrets in Europe is the real cost of migration and especially the cost of one migrant. Our attention was brought to an article from Germany, in which the costs are calculated. The results are shocking.

Around 1.7 million people applied for asylum in Germany since 2014, but anyone who asks the government for the costs will be sent into a labyrinth of statistics and numbers, the German author writes.

Based on a projection of the government he estimates the annual costs between 30 and 40 billion, but it is not clear whether additional expenditures for kindergartens, schools, extra judges and healthcare are included.

Citing Development Minister Gerd Müller, one million refugees cost the German government, states and municipalities around 30 billion euros a year.

To put it another way: assuming Minister Müller’s calculation, each person seeking protection in Germany cost 30,000 euros per year or 2,500 euros per month.

This corresponds to the tax burden of twelve average earners (3,000 euros per month, tax class III). For an unaccompanied juvenile migrant the costs can go up to 5,000 euros per month, the author writes.

But the numbers for the ‘average refugee or migrant’ could be even higher – because of the many new long-term unemployed.

A large majority of migrants are currently not working and of the employed, most of them are interns or assistants. A large percentage of them do not have a school degree and many are illiterate, the author concludes.

One would expect the ratio to be similar elsewhere, and yet politicians and their media lackeys across Europe are still repeating their mantra that "immigrants are good for the economy".

It really annoys me when I hear this because during debates about immigration everyone just nods their head in acceptance and moves on, whether they're from the right, left or centre. It's one of those statements that is never allowed to be challenged, even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary!

Thank God I'm not paying any taxes. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I knew I am forced to pay for the destruction of my own country and people.

After the first year of uncontrolled immigration it was being claimed that the 'refugees' would create a new Wirtschaftswunder (economic miracle) ...

... but I don't see how this claim stacks up in the light of this particular statistic, nor the one (released last year, IIRC) that 93% of the 'refugees' are not doing any work!

German Government Sets Record for Asylum Seeker Spending in 2018

The German government has spent a record amount of money on asylum seekers, topping 23 billion euros in 2018.

A document from the Finance Ministry shared with the news service Reuters revealed that the 2018 amount had been 11% larger than the year before.

The government spent 7.9 billion euros on programmes to keep asylum seekers in their countries of origin, an increase of 16% over the previous year, while German states were given 7.5 billion euros to pay for accommodation and integration programmes for asylum seekers.

Populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) co-chairman Alice Weidel slammed the report and the government’s increased spending saying, “This is a costly welcome party at the expense of citizens.”

The cost of the migrant crisis, which saw its height in 2015, has consistently been around 20 billion euros per year for the German taxpayer with the 2016 amount totalling €21.7 billion, while in 2017 the figure dropped to 20.8 billion.

In both 2016 and 2017, the Finance Ministry also earmarked the entire German budget surplus from the previous year towards paying for newly arrived asylum seekers.

While billions have flowed into programmes meant to help asylum seekers integrate into German society and teach German and other skills to help them enter the labour market, the unemployment rate of migrants remains high.

According to a study by the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) of 7,500 migrants, around 65% were still without work since arriving in Germany. 20% of those who did find full-time work were employed in so-called “mini-jobs” and made an average monthly salary of just 1,564 euros.

In 2016, the German government published projections claiming that the migrant crisis could cost the country up to 86 billion euros within only four years.

On a smaller scale of thinking of this , it would be like letting some stranger into your home who just lays around on the couch, eating your food (and then complaining that it's no good) and perhaps harassing your daughter! Would Merkel and others like her accept that kind of situation in their home?

Perhaps a percentage of these people are legitimate refugees (who could be helped and then resettled back in their nations later ... or better yet, US/Zionist-backed military actions should not have been inflicted on these nations to begin with!) but there are just far too many young males in this situation. Most of these aren't families in tough situations, they are young males who leave their nations because they can get a free ride from guilt-ridden softies running Europe's nations (which are increasingly bound by EU rules to be accommodating). Then they want to bring their relatives to Europe.

How about Israel or Saudi Arabia pick up some of this refugee traffic for a change ;-)
