Well, I've read the draft of the European Constitution, and would like to hear some opinions on how they're going to handle the contradictions between it and the "laws" of various countries regarding genuine freedom of expression, thought and assembly. Namely, "denial of the 'Holocaust'," adherence to the creed of National Socialism, etc.

Pay attention to Articles II-10 - 12.

Keep in mind that the Constitution of the USSR "guaranteed" freedom of speech, press, thought, and assembly, "as prescribed by law."
