    The Anglosphere

There are threads about the Germans, the Scandinavians/Nordics, the Netherlanders, so how about the Anglosphere?

Would you support a form of union for Anglosphere countries and which ones? Would you only include the Five Eyes (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States) or would you add other countries with English(speaking) diaspora? What about the English South Africans, etc.(British diaspora in Africa)? Or Ireland? I'm adding a poll + some information:

(The question is both for Anglosphere members and other Germanics).

The Anglosphere is a set of English-speaking nations which share common roots in British culture and history centered on the United States, which today maintain close cultural, political, diplomatic and military cooperation. While the nations included in different sources vary, the Anglosphere is usually not considered to include all countries where English is an official language, although the nations that are commonly included were all once part of the British Empire.

The term covers Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, countries which in the post-British Empire era maintain a close affinity of cultural, familial and political links with one another, including the retention of Elizabeth II as head of state and the use of the Westminster parliamentary system of government. In the wake of the United Kingdom's decision to leave the European Union as a result of a referendum held in 2016, there has been mounting political and popular support for a loose free travel and common market area to be formed between the nations of Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom known as CANZUK.

Additionally, the term also usually covers the United States and sometimes the Republic of Ireland.
    A map:

Definitions of the Anglosphere vary: states and territories in which English is the first language of the majority of the population are shown in blue and other states or territories where English has status as an official language are shown in light blue.

The Anglosphere is an Emerging Civilization-State

Especially with the emergence of Brexit there has been talk of an Anglosphere. Why the Anglosphere could be important for Germanics/Germanic preservation and conservatism:

The idea of the “Anglosphere” – and the policies and strategies pursued by some of the political leaders of its constituent countries – has become a source of increasing, almost magnetic influence on British conservatives.

The concept of an Anglosphere reflects the long-held belief that Britain’s best interests lie in forging closer relationships (and perhaps even some kind of institutionalised alliance) with those countries that have broadly similar political structures and systems; and that also tend to cherish the values of parliamentary government, individual liberty, the rule of law and the free market. The membership list of this club varies quite considerably depending on the author but at its core are the English-speaking “Five Eyes” countries of Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States. Each of these was once a British colony and can readily be situated within an imaginary horizon of a group of countries united by a shared political and economic culture, nourished from the roots of British parliamentary institutions, economic liberalism and Protestantism.

But what gives the concept of the Anglosphere striking modern-day appeal for conservatives and dispels any lingering cold-war revanchist overtones is that it frames an account of how an independent UK can prosper in a global economy dominated by the rise of Asia. Liberated from the EU and allied with the rest of the Anglosphere, the argument runs, Britain could reinvent its open trading heritage, harnessing its colonial history to integrate itself into the new global economy of the Asian century.

Here are the seeds of a powerful alternative argument against the pro-European, centrist view of globalisation that has dominated the mainstream of British politics – and the Labour Party, above all – for the past quarter of a century. Importantly, this position resists a retreat to the hinterland of economic nationalism and instead constructs a new account of free-market geopolitical co-operation, anchored in the institutional alliance of the Anglosphere. In the title of an influential Conservative Free Enterprise Group pamphlet, it is Britannia Unchained.

The Britannia Unchained has deep roots in the Commonwealth tradition, which emerged as a shared point of reference after the Second World War. As Winston Churchill is said to have shouted at Charles de Gaulle before the D-Day landings, “If Britain must choose between Europe and the open sea, she must always choose the open sea!” – a remark later echoed by the Labour leader Hugh Gaitskell at the 1962 Labour party conference, when he argued that Britain would become a mere “province” in a federal Europe, bringing to an end “a thousand years of history”.

There is also a matter of logistics that most people don't think of. North America and Continental Europe both drive on the right hand side of the road,

We already have NATO so I don't really see the point. The larger the state, the less democratic it can be.

The simplest thing would be for the USA to accept the British Monarch as Head of State like with Canada There's no need to worry about us imposing taxes on you anymore.

It wasn't just about taxes, it was about which side of the road to drive on.

All joking aside America and Canada to a lessor extent are too culturally and politically different from Great Britain. The US has developed its own culture and in large areas it more resembles a generic continental Europe than it does England. I have no proof of this other than my own personal observations after traveling a lot, that is why I joke about driving on the right side of the road.

Let us leave well-enough alone; in this respect, anyway. Each of the involved White cultures are unique. Officially uniting them is bound to detract from this... Isn't this counterproductive?
Aside from an ever increasing number of mortals who have willfully chosen to worship Satan and his minions, our battle has always been against the powers and principalities operating surreptitiously throughout this twisted world.

I was going to quote a news story I read earlier about Scotland planning to change to driving on the right but then I realised it was probably an April Fool's joke. I hope so!

Uniting Australia, Canada and the UK in times like these would just result in the Australian part of the Empire turning away asylum seekers and the Canadian and British parts accepting them with open arms; kind of reversing the old penal-colony role.

If the Commonwealth actually adopts American government, meaning retroactively reinstating the Protectorate of Oliver Cromwell, then I would not mind London being the indirect and ceremonial capital of all, but functionally over Great Britain and Ireland, whereas America and Canada ought to be governed from New England, Australia and New Zealand from New South Wales.

South African and Rhodesian Whites belong in New York, to supplement the Anglo-Dutch foundations, forcing Italians out. The Dutch and Swedes cause as much difference in America from the British Isles as the Brunswickers do in Canada. On the other hand, don't the Indians, Pakis and Ceylonese have endemic influence on Australia and New Zealand? North America is Anglo/Germanic, not Latin/Romance.

I'd rather have Germanic Greenland and Iceland than Balto-Slavic Alaska. I'd rather be reunited with Canada than the states acquired from Latin America: Louisiana, Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California. Hawaii belongs with Australia and New Zealand. Furthermore, I'd like to extend an invitation for all Germanic lands to come together, rallying around our central Ingvaeonic grouping of Jutish Denmark, English Britain, Saxon Germany and Frisian Netherlands.
