Ok i think that's enough fot today.Tomorrow you can continue claiming Illyrians,Epirotes,Pyrhus,Alexander and all medeval Balkan heroes as Albanians!
As for your "document",political correctness has stroke Greece just as the rest of the world.Perhaps Heraclides is one of these leftists professors who claim that Greek national-liberating war against Ottomans was actually a revolution of poor peasants against their rich archons!
For about 2 centuries a big region, from Skodra to Thessaly was actually ruled by muslim Albanians (Turk-Albanians).Most of the people that lived there became billingual, which means that Greek,Romanian and Slav speakers of the region spoke the language of their rulers as well, sometimes even adopting Albanian names. You can't claim all these people as "Albanians".It's like claiming Greeks all billingual population of Moldovlahia (Romania) under Greek Fanariots ruling.
On the other hand there was a small migration of Albanians during 12 century and there were a few secondary Albanian warlords who fought in Greek side. There were a few Romanian leanders in Istria who joined Greek revolution. There was even a muslim local leander who fought against Ottomans. But beside these,it was a Greek rebellion.
Last, before claiming other Balkan heroes, can you prove that your national hero Gherghi Kastriot (or it is Georgios Kastriotis?) is more Albanian than Greek or Serbian(mother side)

Ah, excellent, another practitioner of the art of equitation.

Europe has the most diverse of horse populations, and some of the most beautiful breeds. Our family was one of those that first developed the American Quarter Horse, though they mostly own Appaloosas and Mustangs now. My own favorites are Iberian Horses and Celtic Ponies, especially Andalusians and Fell Ponies, though if I had to have one horse only I would like a Spanish-Norman, which is an attempt to 'breed back' to the Medieval European Knight's mount by tracing gene-markers now found in Percheron and Andalusian horses.

"Breeding counts in horses, dogs, and men" - Old Southron proverb.

I'm guessing this thread will be split off now as well? :fknight:

Hmm, and I'm sure that I've both read it in certain histories as well as seen it on Mr. Romer's videos that Pizza was a Byzantine invention!

We shall have to start a great Pizza war, with a three-way fight between Germany, Italy, and Greece. Any other takers? Maybe pizza is actually Albanian?
