    i think, it's ok.

the historical split between male and female is prehistorical. nowadays women serves the same tasks than men. not in all jobs, bit in the time of modern-world-service-economy of the first world it's ok, imho

Indeed. So why aren't women held accountable for their extra costs to society?

In Norway, it is very common to pay an entrance fee. Girls often get in without paying, or even if they're underage, as it's beneficial for the establishment's popularity to have a low ratio between women and men. Once an establishment can't attract enough women, they are basically doomed to bankruptcy.

Maybe if you women got yourselves knocked up more often, you'd save yourself that cost.

All jokes aside, I don't want a shit-throwing-contest about which gender has it worst or best, or who receives the most government benefits. In my opinion, our women are what makes this battle of our's worth fighting for. Without each other, we are nothing, and I of course want nothing but the best for the women of my People.

That being said, the popular social theme in modern Western society that men as a group have fixed the game, and get to serve themselves with most of the cake, while women are left to pick up the crumbs, simply isn't true. Men are much worse affected by things like work-place accidents and deaths, suicide, poverty, unemployment and childless-ness, to name a few. We both have benefits, specific to each gender, that are not transferable or directly comparable. And every time women use gender equality as a wedge, and the state as a lever, you are in reality only driving us further apart, for the benefit of personal economic gain.

The vital role of women, in any society, is to give life and care for their children. That is a prerequisite of any society that want's to survive, and is not something up for gender equality experimentation or negotiation by whacko social theories. So why care about those 5 cents on a dollar that you might be missing out on? Isn't it all a bit irrelevant?

Just think about it. 50 years ago, it was perfectly normal to have only the man in the family bring home a paycheck, and still be able to buy a house and support his wife and kids. After the introduction of women into the workforce, both parties usually need a full time job, and preferably a university degree, to do the same. And now you want us fighting over a 5% increase to your salaries. Who are really on the winning end of all this?

The question is, whether this means within the same exact job title, or if it is a battle of the sexes in the form of class warfare, by leveling all careers the same, so no woman would be paid less than any man at all.
