What Subjects Are You NOT Allowed to Discuss in Your Country?

I'd like to know what topics are banned from discussion, either by law or sedition in your various countries? Free speech gets bandied around a lot, but we don't really have it. Can you list some of the topics that are banned, and if they have jail terms or fines from your country?

The juridical lines are quite clear in Norway and does one keep inside of these frames one do not get juridical problems or police razzias. However media and Facebook have a lower tolerance for free speech than our lawwork, but that doesnt lead to juridical reactions.

    The frames are easy to stick inside of;

    1. degree:
Threatening with violence, promoting violence, urging to violence, beautifying violence and desbribing violent acts as wished acts. Leads quicly to police visitis.

    2. degree
Promoting pure hate, urging to hate, beautifying hate. Places one at surveillance lists, but not nescessarily any juridical reactions.

Then comes the socalled "discrimination" paragraphs, writings and acts that harasses, offends or deminishes groups and individuals, u.s.w. may lead to surveillance and juridical reactions.

However, anything is possible to write, it just have to be written indirectly and with several entrances, and even if so, if it shines through, one may get a visit of the police "to check what one ment", also by using common ways of expression, but generally they are not idiots, they understand peoples frustrated situation. They have families themselves.

Generally the police does not waste time and ressources at people "blowing out"... they give some rope, especially when people are partying in the weekends and posts becomes more daring and aggressive...

Oh, by the way, join my cop-page and help us put better guns and ammo in the hands of Norwegian police

A part from what is mentioned in the previous post, I'd say salary. That's a private thing between you and your employer. Of course you can tell your salary to your friends or closest colleagues but otherwise it would sound very personal, even intimate. I think it's not the case in other countries because I had some colleagues from the US who were amused by this. It's protected by law as well. That's mostly true in the private sector. In the public sector, salaries depend on pay scales defined in advance and are known to everyone.

Let's see, as far as I know:
    - topics involving paedophilia and publication of child pornography
    - libel, public defamation and insults
(not a problem with these, it seems common sense)
    Now come my pet peeves:
    - blasphemy. Unbelievable, but it's one of the countries where this law is still active. Normally it's not enforced, but there was a recent case where someone made a video burning the Quran. According to the law it's punished with a fine or imprisonment for up to 4 months.
    - hate speech. I don't think this one needs much expanding, it's pretty much like in any European country. The punishment is fine or imprisonment for up to 2 years.
    - classified material. Information which is classified as secret by the state and considered harmful to its security is not allowed to be shared.
