    Grin Unlimited Fake KFC

Old Golden Tail herself provides this sacred recipe. (Pic)

I've made this no less than 5 times now. So unbelievably delicious and easy to do. It's very, very close to their original flavour, just add chilli powder to turn it into the hot and spicy version. (Though, don't use too much as it's already spicy). The normal version is great with a tiny pinch of it.

I used to go to KFC once in a while, but their chicken is so greasy on the outside and dry as anything on the inside.

This recipe is guaranteed to make you go OH WOW! & YUMMMMM!
I thought I'd jazz it up with some art fluff. It's particularly easy to make, so kitchen newbies and supervised kids can cook it.
I now keep trays of frozen chicken pieces in the freezer for my next craving attack. Even better, tastes like junk food, but it isn't.

Annnnd, just store the leftover powder mix in the freezer too for next time.
    Too awesome! Enjoy!

You can use the same spice mix in batters and marinades for anything. And it probably tastes better than KFC. Which is deep fried and soaked in a milk-based marinade not actually coated.

Annnnd here is the picture process... So easy to make... Start... The coating...

At the 14 minute cooking mark... With the oil, you don't need more than this...

    *Vibrates*

And the end result. It's just missing a red and white stripped box and serviettes. Juicy, spicy & hard to stop eating at one piece....
