Do Some Human Races Have Different Internal Organs?

I remember reading when I was a kid (the 60s) that Australian aborigines and Bushmen/Hottentots (we would say Australoid and Capoid) had strikingly different anatomy than other human races, even different internal organs. I think it was a book about saquatches and yetis; I don't know if that makes this factoid questionable or gives more credibility. I can't remember the name of the book or author and I was young so I may have misunderstood or got the details wrong. I have never been able to confirm this information in any way. Does anyone here have any knowledge about this?

Aboriginal Australians supposedly have a different proportion of lobes in their brain due to evolving enhanced scent perception. Bushmen and Hottentots present true steatopygia as a kind of fat reserve with a unusual tissue evolved specifically for the reason. (if we are honest they would not be placed in our species by the standards of most zoology.) In the case of Australians the oddness might be from Denisovan ancestry or it might be local evolution. African Pygmies and Bushmen have a genetic component termed "Paleoafrican" that diverged in the time of Kabwe/Rhodesian man. Of course all living humans are behaviourally modern: but some populations of man are extreme outliers. Political views have influenced ideas about human taxonomy both ways: I wonder what would happen were full blood Neanderthals or Denisovans around.

If what I say feels racist to anyone remember that Caucasian brain structure is slightly Neanderthal-like in a way helping our vision. This is why Europeans are less prone to travel sickness than are E Asian people. Even in the Pleistocene there was racial mixing.

I red somewhere that the African Khoi-San people (Hottentottes and Bushmen) can make Vitamin-C that they can balance own Vitamin-less diet.

I red other somewhere that the African-American have a different heart-medicine and where this information have becomen common amojng Native American, they want own heart-medicine too like as the Black people.
