    Most Primitive European Skull Type?

Do some European sub-races have, for example, more prognathism or wider nose cavities than others?

Well, yes. same as vault height and facial width might vary.

Do you know who are the most prognathous Europeans, because I can't find anything on that.

Prognathism was supposedly common among Germanics of the Migration Period (Coon mentioned this about his Anglo-Saxon type) however it can be due to bone remodeling (diet) not strictly racial. There has been a prognathous strain in SE Europe since the Neolithic. In the past attempts were made to demonstrate a Negroid element there, in Anatolia, in Natufian Palestine and early Egypt but to no avail. Alveolar prognathism is the human norm. Not surprising if it still occurs in some European populations or individuals.
