    As a result of this study, many have followed since and one even showed that just two weeks of eating a plant-based diet and getting light exercise strengthens cancer defenses. In this study, sufferers of breast cancer followed this lifestyle and their blood at the end showed that the growth of cancer had slowed and the blood had an increased ability to kill cancer cells.

    When reading this, many people question whether it is the exercise or the plant-based diet having the influence because the two have been introduced into a lifestyle together.

    However, the scientists saw this question too and decided to carry out an experiment based solely on exercise and then solely on plant-based diets. Although exercise had an impact when trying to suppress the cancer cells, the plant-based diet was twice as effective.

    So there we have it, we are now learning more about how our lifestyle choices affect cancer as well as what we can do to slow down the growth of the health issue. As we learn more and more about cancer itself, we move forward as a unit and this is great news for the whole world.

    Our tooth are between the predators and the plant-eating animals. The lenght of our bowels is between their bowels (the predators have very short, the plant-eating animals have very long as the wall of the plants' cell is stronger, this is the reason that we can eating just fruits, the 90% of the vegetables just goes through our bowels and it doesn't digest). The ideal diet would be for any man in this Earth a cooked vegetable and roasted meat (expect the fish, the fish has weak meat what we can digest f.e. the Swedish Gravlax [originally just raw fish graved in the cold soil] or the Japanese Sushi) and fruits. We must cook the vegetables that the strong cell walls can disappear.

    Furthermore all the humans have a relatively short jaw (the unreduced ones have longer and stronger, the reduced ones very short and weak, moreover often they have just 28 tooth or they have 32 that must be remove the last 4). With this short jaw and weak chewing muscle (the animals chewing muscles come from the top of the skull, our muscles come of the side of the head, but many people have a very little mark on the top of the head where was the base of the chewing muscle millions of year ago) we are incapable to eat any raw things (expect the fish and fruit, see above). Some author thinks that the devolution of our jaw is paralell with the spreading of cooking and roast.

    As the ideal food for a man is the roasted meat, the raw fruit, the cooked vegetable, this is the key to the Health. Another thing are the vitamines. Man lives in a city, there the airpolution is so catastrophic. It is equal as the urban man would smoke a box of cigarettes every day. The cigarette smoke kills the Vitamin C in the body. The smog makes weak the sunshine, the body cannot get enough Vitamin D. Both Vitamin are the base of the human immunsystem. A few decade before the doctors believed that the Vitamin D is only useful to the bones. However they know that this is very important for the good immunsystem. Unfortunately nowadays food haven't got enough Vitamin, because that would be enough for a village-living, but the urban man needs more of the "normal" quantity.

    Hence between a beafsteak, a cooked carrott and a strawberry we need a huge portion of Vitamin complex. Someone, especially the oldschool doctors use to think this is a bad idea however the inernational standards of dose of Vitamins are growing higher and higher. Furthermore a personal note is that my Grandfather was a researcher in the largest and oldest Medicine Factory in Hungary and he use to say always that the synthetic Vitamines are useful and nobody fear from the hypervitaminosis (the overdotation the Vitamines), because the most of the Vitamines go away by the swearing or urination, another types go to the fat and there they do nothing.

    At least we can see that the best way against any illness, if we try reconstruct the life of our ancestors (the Ancient Germanics didn't eat grass, I am sure ) and side by side we defend our body against the new, urbanized enviroment with a larger dose of Vitamines, Minerals.

    This is the true meaning of the naturalistic fallacy in action: it confuses is and ought. You could similarly infer - correctly - that humans are adapted to take nutrients from just about any source and the source of the nutrients is irrelevant. There isn't a single correct diet, especially not for all human populations. Its just that there are incorrect dietary choices that should be avoided.

    Skull shape and muscle mass are subject to life history as well as heredity. Someone who chews more will get a better skull and musculature for the task. Same as lifting will get you ripped. Have you ever seen an Inuit skull?
