Which False Flag Wil Start Open Hostilities?

White House: Russia responsible whoever carried out Syria aid convoy strike

Washington (CNN)The US has reached the preliminary conclusion that Russian warplanes bombed an aid convoy and warehouse belonging to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, two US officials told CNN.
"All the evidence we have points to that conclusion," one of the officials said.

The White House said that Russia holds responsibility for the strike regardless of whether it was their planes -- or the Syrian regime's -- that attacked.

"All of our information indicates clearly that this was an airstrike. That means there only could have been two entities responsible," Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes said Tuesday night, naming Moscow and the Syrian regime. He didn't specify which country's planes carried out the strike.
"We hold the Russian government responsible for airstrikes in this airspace given their commitment under the cessation of hostilities was to ground air operations where humanitarian assistance was flowing," Rhodes said, referring to the terms of a recent ceasefire brokered between the US and Russia.
    Russian denial
Russia denies it was responsible and says that terrorists carried out the attack.
Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Tuesday that analysis of video footage from drones of the strike show that militants were following the convoy, according to the Russian state news site TASS.
"It is clearly seen in the video that a terrorists' pickup truck with a towed large-caliber mortar is moving along with the convoy," he said.

    UN outrage
UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called the attack "sickening, savage and apparently deliberate."

"Just when we think it cannot get any worse, the power of depravity sinks lower," Ban told world leaders convening at the UN General Assembly annual meeting Tuesday.
The aid convoy was hit Monday night in the area of Urum al-Kubra, west of Aleppo, prompting the United Nations to halt its aid operations in Syria.

The International Committee of the Red Cross said that around 20 civilians were killed as well as the director of the Red Crescent's Urum al-Kubra branch, Omar Barakat. The aid was intended for eastern Aleppo, where an estimated 250,000 civilians have been short of food, medicine and water.
The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that aid workers had been killed in an "aerial bombardment."
Eighteen of the convoy's 31 trucks were hit, the United

Obama says it and CNN repeats it over and over until it is accepted. This is what happened a few years ago when the Americans accused Assad of using poisonous gas. Obama warned Assad he would enter the war if Assad used the gas and of course he did not. ISIS or Nuisra used the gas in a false flag operation and then blamed Assad. The US government and US media repeated the lie over and over again. Nobody believed this story.

I am glad the convoy was hit. Maybe Muslim terrorists and their wives and children will actually starve. Good. Less of them coming over here. The filthy aid workers threw away their lives and I hope all of these mouthas learn the lesson.

US suspends diplomatic relations with Russia over Syria

US diplomats will suspend discussions with Russia on reviving a September 9 ceasefire deal in Syria reached between Secretary of State John Kerry and Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

The American decision to suspended diplomatic relations, would make it impossible to produce a joint plan of operations, a key part of the bilateral proposal agreed a fortnight ago.

“This is not a decision that was taken lightly,” State Department spokesman John Kirby said, as AFP reported, accusing Russia and its Syrian ally of attacking civilians.

Kirby repeated Washington’s charge that Russia attacked a United Nations aid convoy in northern Syria, outside Aleppo, but kept mum about the confirmed US-alliance strike on Syrian troops that killed over 60 soldiers.

He said the Russian and US militaries will nevertheless continue to use a channel to communicate to ensure their forces do not get in each others’ way during “counterterrorism operations in Syria”.

Washington’s harsh decision follows in the wake of a series of diplomatic setbacks. Russia has repeatedly complained that the White House had covered up links with extremists, making it impossible to produce a joint plan of operations, a key part of the bilateral proposal agreed upon a fortnight ago.

In another decisive move on Monday, the Kremlin said it would suspend an agreement to turn weapons-grade plutonium into nuclear fuel unless Washington cancel all sanctions and slash its military commitment to Nato allies.

President Vladimir Putin put The Plutonium Management and Disposition Agreement (PDMA) on ice because of what he described as “a drastic change in circumstances, the appearance of a threat to strategic stability due to unfriendly actions of the United States toward Russia”.

Thus a key nuclear control agreement has been scrapped because actions by the United States were deemed unfriendly towards Russia.

Russia believes Washington is unable to meet its obligations under the terms of the agreement and Moscow has signalled that “urgent measures need to be taken to defend Russian security”.

Russia said it would only reinstate the deal if all sanctions are dropped and compensation for the damage fraught by sanctions is forthcoming.

The Kremlin wants to see military commitment to Nato countries that joined the alliance after 2000 reduced to the same levels as when the deal was signed.

Putin has publicly expressed frustration at the US for not fulfilling the agreement.

He told journalists in April that Russia had already built its own MOX-producing facilities to irradiate plutonium to produce so-called Mixed Oxide Fuel for nuclear power plants.

The Russian leader says America scrapped those agreed plans and added that alternative methods would allow the US to retrieve weapons grade material if it wished to do so.
