    Jerusalem, but especially Parry's original piano version, rather than Elgar's later rearrangement of it (which is nevertheless fine).

    As a Pagan I can still appreciate this song despite the Christian imagery in Blake's words, which in any case is highly unorthodox, as are Blake's writings in general.

    Believe it or not, I still know the words to all of the common hymns - must be a good 50 or so! - despite not having entered a church for over a decade now (..since my mum passed on).

    Still can't decide on my favourite tune though

    There's a hymn that is sung at all my family's funerals.

    It's called 'The Old Rugged Cross' but it sure as Hel won't be sung at mine!
