Quite a nasty fellow and rather reminiscent of the Mesopotamian demons, gods, spirits, etc. of the ancient period- which is just exactly what he was before he got promoted to sovereign of the universe by his marginal followers in Judea. Yahweh was a rather peripheral deity originally amongst the Canaanites/Phoenicians, one of the many sons of El called the Elohim (El was equated to Saturn by the Greeks):

The Yahwehists calling the deities of others demons is pretty silly, especially considering that their own deity has had some rather devilish traits himself (whitewashed out of the record of course).
This paper mentions Jewish human sacrifice: https://www.academia.edu/27076934/Fe...rael_and_Judah

The priests and the deuteronomists legislateagainst child sacrifice and provide a mechanism to prevent the offering of one’s firstborn son to God. This did little to bypass the death of baby girls, who were considered of limited value in times of military tension and eco-nomic duress. They were offered to God or simply left to die, in order to ensure the future of their families and nation.

Jews worship Baal, Moloch and the other foul demons who are in the caravan of Lucifer; Christians, the good ones (and they are growing fewer and fewer in number..), have nothing to do with the infernal works of jewry. The good Christian doesn't give a shite about the jews, the lords of materialism, and their nonsense but follows the One who said: 'Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.'

Many religion use to use enemy the concurent religions diety like as the Christians. However some religion had merged own dieties with the others like as the Romans with the Greek gods.

"Remember that, even when those who move you be kings or men of power, your soul is in your keeping alone. When you stand before God, you cannot say, "But I was told by others to do thus,"or that virtue "was not convenient at the time." This will not suffice."
