Curious as to what Donald Sutherland is. Sutherland is a Scottish name but maybe its anglisized from German Suderlund or somthing similar?
Anyhow, is he Noric?

I doubt he's brachycephalic. I think he's somewhere between Corded and Anglo-Saxon.
Completely Anglo-Saxon.
Thanks guys... guess I was way off!![]()
For me he is typical Nordid, more of the Corded branch maybe, which is for me in the Skandonordid range.
I dont see any foreign admixture in him, for me he, and more or less his son as well, are typical Western Corded Nordids and very progressive in their combination of features.

STOP GATS! STOP LIBERALISM!
Yup--he is a denizen of Saxonia.
Anglo-Saxon all the way.
SNPA classifies him as an Anglo-Saxon. I don't particularly disagree with their point of view.
Sutherland is the Northern tip of Scotland near Caithness and the Orkneys where the Norse vikings colonised. I'm surprised none of you bothered to look that up. He looks like a typical Northern Scotsman to me! I could just picture him fishing in a storm around the Shetland islands with a nice knitted wool cap.
That is to say, I think of him as Troender. His son Kiefer, looks rather Bruenn or Borreby, but I think he gets his looks from his mother. Both, but especially Kiefer, seem rather short. Despite the Viking name, I think their appearances are less strikingly Scandinavian than their personalities.
