    Evan P. Apfelbaum is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Studies at the MIT Sloan School of Management. His research has been featured in journals including Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Science, and Developmental Psychology and has been covered by a range of media outlets, including The New York Times, BBC, and National Public Radio.

    (CNN) -- Larry, one of the employees you supervise, hasn't been performing his job up to expectations. But you've been reluctant to take him aside and speak with him candidly: Like most senior people in the company, you are white. What if Larry, who is black, takes your criticism the wrong way or, worse, thinks you are racist?

    The last thing you want is for others to think your actions were influenced by race. So you've held off talking to him about performance issues that you'd likely have raised with your non-minority employees. You're relieved that a potentially thorny situation was averted, even pleased with your capacity to be so racially sensitive.

    If you ignore race, you're bad. If you don't ignore race you're still bad.

    But I keep hearing race is a social construct and doesn't exist, so I'm confused.

    Multi racial societies don't work. Never have never will.
    Proud to be Germanic.

    Even though my ancestry is English, Germany is my favorite country.

    Right now, I'm taking a customer service training course, and it's obviously being taught with blacks in mind. I take it since so many companies have to hire negroes they have to take steps to train their employees using the simplest terms possible, and know they're basically educating savages who have a difficult time functioning in civilized society.
    The name of the online course is called MOR Customer Service training. You are taught common sense things to do like not interrupting people/customers and not getting an attitude. A good number of the actors in the training videos are black, too. I take it the creators of these videos know what their viewing demographic is.
    When you know the people you're training have an average IQ of no more than 85(average 11 year old)you have to teach accordingly.

    It is no wonder the West is being taken over by lesser countries that are less multicultural.

    In the West if you are any race other than white, you can do no wrong, even if you are a total screw up. In fact you may still be promoted because you aren't white.

    So we have companies and schools that have to spend too much time and money on making sure the races get along, rather than educate and make profits like they are supposed to.

    Meanwhile, in Japan, China, India etc they have no such concerns, you work well or you don't have a job. And no one can accuse the boss of racism.
    I grew up on a belief of honour, courage and the old world values. The world isn't about that anymore, preferring to die a slow death of fast food and cheap thrills.

    There are also a good number of stupid white trash in the workplace. I went into a drug store in West Virginia the other day and got stopped by a store security guard who said someone told him they saw me put a bottle of wine that didn't belong to me in my purse. I agreed to be searched ,and the wine bottle in question wasn't found. I then asked to speak to the store manager to complain about the rude treatment I'd gotten from him and when it was all over I was told by this inbred cretin not to come back in the store ever again. According to this redneck, I had made a scene by asking to talk to a manager in front of everyone.
    When you don't pay attention to the quality of the people you hire, regardless of race, well, ya end up with retarded, jack assed, retards working for you that could drag any business down.
    You can end up with problems in the workplace if you hire too many blacks and hispanics who, as a group, are less intelligent/inept, and if you hire whites who are the products of generations of thorough inbreeding and have excrement for brains. There's lots of unemployable white trash out there.
