This may have been mentioned before:

The Nuristani in Afghanistan have a lot of Blond Haired and Blue eyed people.

Origins of present-day Nuristani peoples remain a mystery although soldiers of Alexander the Great have been implicated. Physically, the people favor Europeans; blond or red hair and blue or green eyes are seen more frequently than in other Afghan people. Alexander’s records from 327 BC mention his expedition there and his armies’ defeat by fierce-fighting mountain tribes in the Kunar River area, where they sustained considerable losses. Not long after when Alexander died, his army disbanded but whether remnants of his forces remained in the area is not documented. It is interesting to note, however, that Nuristani games echo those of Greece – javelin throw, shot put and a discus throw using an 8" round, polished stone. Village competitions are held and trophies awarded, culminating in an annual tournament.

Also the Pashtu tend to have light eyes, however have Asiatic features

Then you have the Kalsh who are also thought to be descended from the armies of Alexander the great. It’s funny we think of Alexander’s army as Greek but the Macedonians had a lot of Blonde and Blue eyed soldiers among them:

Taliban targets descendants of Alexander the Great

For centuries, the blond-haired, blue-eyed people of the Kalash tribes of North West Pakistan have lived a libertine lifestyle.

Then you have some tribes like the Hazra who claim Mongolian descent, but they look like what you would think a Mongol would, dark features. However they live right next-door to the Nuri, so it is possible they worked together in the past, or drew warriors from the some areas

Further some live in the Hindu Kush, the Hindu Kush borders China

Since there are blond hair blue-eyed peoples living in east Asia, and you do have the decedents of Alexander’s armies all the way to India. It would be possible for there to be light skinned tartars, if they were drawn from some of the tribes of Northern Pakistan and Afghanistan.

However, i wouldn't think this made up the ruling class of the Mongol Empire or even a large minority, they would be a small minority, just perhaps, ind tribes or Warriors in the Empire
Where now the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing?
Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing?
Where is the hand on the harp-string, and the red fire glowing?
    They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow;
The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow.

As Genghis Khan and Kublai Khan were described as Caucasian and they we the rulers of the 'Mongols' = Tartar-Moghuls it is clear that the ruling class were Caucasian/Aryan.

That there still live Aryan people but they cannot have been the rulers of the Mongols is a logicall inconsistency. What would be the rationale? Because Mongols are always described in MODERN history as Asiatic? the proof they were not Asiatic comes from contemporary sources, Marco Polo and Rashid.

That MODERN history spreads this lie and puts it in everyone's head has some sinister backgrounds. They do the same with the Holocaust and made Hitler the most evil man in history. (They also do the same with the Mongols, the Vikings etc). whenever Aryan people show strength and superiority it has to be wiped out of the consciousness of Aryan people.

Actually, it was the Mongols (purely East Asian) who were the leaders of the Tatars (Caucasian-Asian). The "Mongol Yoke" over Russia was later known as the "Tatar Yoke", because the ruling class of Mongols was replaced by Tatars eventually. So, you have it the wrong way around.

Anyways, continue with your bizarre attempt to portray these mass butchers of European people as Aryan heroes. I won't stop you.

    and where is your proof?

so far it is only a statement without any argument and proof and therefore nothing but that.

Statements can also be: the Tartars have always been the rulers of that area from about 113,000 years ago.

so that is m statement against it.

Now we have two statements on equal level, as none of us proofed that statement.

when you bring proof of your statement I will bring proof of mine.
